Top Stacks 7/10 ⚾️🎇
BAL vs RHP Luinder Avila 5.8 runs: Baltimore continues to struggle, despite ample young talent, though DFS gamers should be in a forgiving mood tonight, with warm and humid conditions at Camden Yards, along with a rookie pitcher prone to walk issues and hard contact. The Batters of Birdland provide options up and down the order, at a variety of positions and salary levels, most with above average power.
CHC at RHP Hunter Greene 5.0 runs: It was a rough debut this season for Greene, who had arthroscopic surgery to remove particles from his elbow this spring. He had 7 Ks in 3.1 IP, though 4 BBs, 7 hits and 8 "Ernies" were problematic. He is a talented pitcher, though may still be working his way back into apex form. Considering the positive hitting conditions at Great American SMALLpark, looking to the Cubbies with power is a savvy strategy this evening.
MIN vs RHP Grayson Rodriguez 5.0 runs: It has been a rough two seasons for Rodriguez, who has had a myriad of injuries including "dead arm" to start this season and then back tightness that has had him on the shelf for the last three weeks. When he has pitched, he has been hittable and had trouble with location, allowing multiple walks in each of his six appearances. Byron Buxton is out, but Ryan Jeffers has returned and the lefties, along with Jeffers, Royce Lewis and Luke Keaschall all have merit in this matchup tonight.

Pitchers 7/10 ⚾️💪
Nolan McLean vs BOS 3.8 runs: The BoSox are less intimidating with Willson Contreras suspended, while Marcelo Mayer and Trevor Story remain on the IL. The worst three starts (20 runs, 15 IP) for the 24-year-old have come in the last nine games, though in the other six he has allowed only eight runners to cross the plate. Four hitters in the projected lineup have a sub-.100 ISO against RHPs this season and while there are only two high-strikeout candidates (HKCs) five hitters are well below league-average with their overall plate discipline.
Chris Sale vs STL 3.7 runs: The Redbirds do not strike out against southpaws, with the projected lineup having a minuscule 16.9 K% this season. The latter half of the lineup has no power and Sale continues to be a marvel, while also being rewarded with his 10th All-Star nod.
Shohei Ohtani vs ARZ 3.6 runs: Ohtani had a season-high 110 pitches last Friday and with a rested bullpen, plus the All-Star Break coming up, it would not be a shock to see manager Dave Roberts look to lighten the load for his superstar. The D'Backs do a solid job of limiting strikeouts, though only Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte have had consistent power against RHPs this season.
Parker Messick at MIA 3.8 runs: Tuesday will be the first All-Star appearance for Messick, who has continued his breakout. The Marlins will not go quietly, though there are 4 HKCs in the projected lineup.
Sandy Alcantara vs CLE 3.8 runs: It has been a mixed bag this season for Alcantara, but the back half of the Guardians lineup is a veritable wasteland of contact and power.
