Pitchers 7/30 ⚾️💪

Nolan McLean vs MIA 4.3 runs: McLean has been a bright spot in yet another dark and dismal season for the #LOLMets. Across his 29 career starts (21 this season) the rookie has a 10.7 K and 0.81 HR per nine innings, while allowing more than four runs only four times. There are four high-strikeout candidates (HKCs) in the projected Miami lineup and McLean has a very favorable $8.8k cap hit on DK, while also being the priority click on FD ($10.6k, 40.2%).

Eury Perez at NYM 3.6 runs: There is a chance of scattered showers at CitField, though even the chance of a delay is low, but still worth mentioning. Despite just 2 Ks in his last start and one on June 24th in 4.2 IP, Perez struck out 31 in the four in-between appearances across 24.1 IP. The Mets have 4 HKCs in the projected lineup and only four hitters have above average power.

Roki Sasaki vs SEA 4.2 runs: The last two starts have been solid for Sasaki as he faced both New York teams on the East Coast, striking out 12 in 12.2 IP with only two runs allowed. The M's set up better against RHPs, though over the last month the back half of the order, along with Julio Rodriguez, have all performed at below replacement levels.

Bryan Woo in LAD and Robbie Ray at SDP are tepid tournament wild cards on FD, with Sonny Gray joining them on DK, where he has a palatable salary. For those seeking a discount dandy SP2, JP Sears vs SFG is in play for the bold.

Top Stacks 7/30 ⚾️🎇

BOS at RHP Mason Barnett 6.1 runs: Maybe the fourth time is the charm after the BoSox plated a pedestrian 11 runs in the first three games at Sutter Health Park. Barnett is likely good for 60ish pitches, so we could see an opener announced. Either way, the Boston boppers are key with Willson Contreras, Anthony Seigler, Masataka Yoshida and Ceddane Rafaela being the core four, with honorable mention to the struggling duo of Jarren Duran and Wilyer Abreu.

PIT at RHP Rhett Lowder 5.2 runs: The Bucs get a park upgrade and Lowder is two games removed from an 8 run mound meltdown, after he worked out of the bullpen for a trio of tilts. Clearly he needs more experience with just 14.1 Triple-A innings, though the Reds seem content to let him work through things in The Show. Focus on the LHBs first, but pretty much everyone is in play.

CIN vs RHP Yohan Ramirez 4.9 runs: Expect two or so inning from Ramirez, then it will either be LHP Hunter Barco or RHP Noah Murdock as "bulk" options with each being recalled from Triple-A yesterday. The top-4 Reds are in the mix for a secondary or mini-stack.

WAS at RHP Grant Holmes 4.8 runs: Holmes has ceded only two round-trippers in his last 30.2 innings, but he could be touched up by the top offense in the league. DK has done a nice job with key Nats salaries, making them a real decision point.

ATL vs RHP Jake Irvin 5.4 runs: Irvin logged three MiLB starts as his final phase of recovery from a strained shoulder, though he is likely capped around 60-65 pitches. Focus on the first five from the Braves tonight.
