CFB DFS Picks: Mohamed Ibrahim and Drake Maye Among Best Options

Week 10 is here, and the schedule continues to pick up with good games scattered throughout the slate. There are 14 games kicking off between 12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. ET and some good matchups all over the board for CFB DFS picks. Virginia hosts Drake Maye and North Carolina as the Tar Heels look for a fifth-consecutive win. Mohamed Ibrahim and Minnesota head to Nebraska for a battle with the Cornhuskers.

Kentucky heads to Missouri looking to bounce back from a loss against Tennessee. Texas A&M hosts Florida in a battle for SEC bragging rights. Texas Tech heads to Fort Worth for a matchup with TCU and the undefeated Horned Frogs. Undefeated Ohio State makes the trip to Evanston as massive favorites against Northwestern. Tulsa hosts Tulane with the Green Wave looking to reach eight wins. Those are just the games starting at 12 p.m. ET, with seven more contests kicking off between 3 and 3:30 p.m. ET.

Suddenly resurgent Oklahoma hosts Baylor with major Big 12 implications on the line. Oregon heads to Boulder in what should be a one-sided contest against Colorado. Oklahoma State travels to Kansas looking to bounce back from last week’s shellacking at the hands of Kansas State. Pittsburgh hosts Syracuse with ACC positioning on the line. Penn State heads to Indiana for a classic Big Ten matchup. Memphis plays host to Central Florida with plenty of scoring expected from both sides. Last, but certainly not least, undefeated Georgia hosts undefeated Tennessee in what sets up as the game of the year in college football up to this point.

With so many games in play and less teams playing against inferior competition, there are plenty of strong CBB DFS picks at all positions. This article will provide NCAAF DFS picks and lineup advice for the DraftKings slate on November 5 that locks at 12 p.m. ET.

CFB DFS Picks: Week 10 Saturday CFB Picks

Quarterback

Drake Maye, North Carolina ($8,200)

Once again the top projected quarterback on the slate, Maye is still way too cheap at $8,200. Averaging a slate-best 37.2 DraftKings points per game, Drake Maye has been phenomenal for the Tar Heels so far this season, and there’s a ton to like about him again on Saturday. Facing a Virginia defense that currently ranks 214th in the country against opposing quarterbacks, we have Drake Maye projected for 27.16 DraftKings points on Saturday, making him almost impossible to get away from at his cheap price point. 35 or more DraftKings points in four out of his past five starts, Maye has one of the highest ceilings of anyone in college football, and he’s a true ‘fade at your own risk’ if you aren’t playing him.

Michael Pratt, Tulane ($6,300)

Not many people expected Tulane to be sitting at 7-1 heading into Week 10, but the No. 19 ranked Green Wave have exceeded all expectations under Willie Fritz. Leading the way for Tulane is quarterback Michael Pratt, and the junior signal-caller has been lights out this season, throwing for 1,718 yards and 12 touchdowns with only three interceptions. Averaging 24.6 DraftKings points per game, Pratt finds himself in a good spot on Saturday matched up with the Tulsa defense that ranks 176th in the country against opposing quarterbacks. Projected for 19.50 DraftKings points in this spot, Pratt looks like one of the top value plays on the entire slate, and he’s a cog in our machine in both cash games and GPP’s.

Other Quarterbacks: Bo Nix, Oregon ($9,600); Max Duggan, TCU ($8,500); Jalon Daniels, Kansas ($7,400); Seth Henigan, Memphis ($6,400); Anthony Richardson, Florida ($5,800)

Running Backs

Mohamed Ibrahim, Minnesota ($7,700)

Our second-highest projected running back on the slate, Mohamed Ibrahim looks like an easy call in all formats at $7,700. Averaging 29.1 DraftKings points per game, the Minnesota bruiser is coming off a monster 38.7 DraftKings point performance against Rutgers, and despite being the second-highest priced running back on the slate, he’s still too cheap. 66 carries over the past two weeks, Mohamed Ibrahim has clearly established himself as the bell-cow of the Golden Gophers offense again, and he’s got one of the best floor/ceiling combinations of any player in the country. Building block type in all formats.

Devon Achane, Texas A&M ($5,500)

While Ibrahim looks like a fantastic play in all formats at $7,700, Achane looks even better at $5,500. Our top projected running back on the slate, Achane has been Jimbo Fisher’s best player this season, averaging a cool 22.4 DraftKings points through the Aggies first eight games. While Texas A&M has struggled as a team lately, Achane continues to live his best life, combining for 62.5 DraftKings points just over the past two games alone. Matched up with a Florida defense that ranks 215th in the country against the run, look for Achane to continue his productive ways, and his price tag on DraftKings is about $2K too cheap.

Other Running Backs: Israel Abanikanda, Pittsburgh ($7,700); Sean Tucker, Syracuse ($6,700); Kendre Miller, TCU ($6,300); Tyjae Spears, Tulane ($6,100); Richard Reese, Baylor ($6,000); Bucky Irving, Oregon ($5,800); Devin Neal, Kansas ($5,100); RJ Harvey, Central Florida ($4,800); Cody Schrader, Missouri ($4,400)

Wide Receivers

Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State ($7,200)

There’s also a lot to like about Egbuka’s teammate Marvin Harrison Jr. here, but at a little bit cheaper of a price tag, Egbuka looks like the better dollar for dollar play. Our top projected wide receiver for the slate, Egbuka is averaging a robust 25 DraftKings points per game, and matched up with a Northwestern secondary that ranks 298th in the country against opposing wideouts, there’s a ton to like about him on Saturday. Coming off his quietest performance of the year, look for quarterback C.J. Stroud to get Egbuka involved early and often as Ohio State moves the ball wish ease against the Wildcats.

Antoine Green, North Carolina ($6,000)

After missing the first three games of the season, Green has quickly turned into one of quarterback Drake Maye’s favorite targets. Averaging 24.9 DraftKings points per game, Green’s upside is monstrous in this spot, and at $6,000 he looks like one of the top plays on the entire slate. Massive ceiling, as evidenced by the 43 DraftKings points he put up against Pittsburgh last week, Green’s rapport with Maye is real, and at this price point there’s a ton to like about him in all formats. One of the top value plays at any position on Saturday, Green looks fantastic in both cash games and tournaments.

Other Wide Receivers: Josh Downs, North Carolina ($7,800); Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State ($7,500); Quentin Johnston, TCU ($7,400); Troy Franklin, Oregon ($6,800); Ladd McConkey, Georgia ($6,100); Evan Stewart, Texas A&M ($6,000); Jared Wayne, Pittsburgh ($5,900); Gavin Holmes, Baylor ($5,100); Julian Fleming, Ohio State ($4,900); Moose Muhammad III, Texas A&M ($4,700); Kris Hutson, Oregon ($4,000); Brevyn Spann-Ford, Minnesota ($3,700)
