The 3M Open is a big change of pace for the PGA Tour; after two weeks abroad and stellar fields, no golfers ranked inside the top 10 will make the trip to the Twin Cities this week. But with a quarter of a million dollars up for grabs and plenty of other PGA DFS and golf betting options this week, there’s plenty to stay excited about. With just three events left in the regular season, some of these starts are more important than others as golfers jockey for position and try to make the FedEx Cup playoffs. The host of the event for the first three years has been TPC Twin Cities, and it will host once again. Let’s dig into the numbers.

PGA DFS Golf Rankings, Stats & Predicted Scoring
Three par 5’s and four par 3’s make for a great layout that will provide some fun scoring chances. All par 5’s are reachable and had eagles on them in 2021. Outside of them, there is also a drivable par 4 on the front side that had five eagles last year, another great element to the course. If the winds are down, expect DFS scoring to be relatively high yet again.

Course History at TPC Twin Cities
Three years of history here provide plenty to discuss. Thirty-seven golfers in the field have competed here all three times, with six making the cut in all of them. Tony Finau and Cameron Tringale are the two biggest names, joined by Patton Kizzire, Charles Howell III, Brice Garnett and Jason Dufner. Adam Hadwin is the only golfer in the field to have multiple top-10s at the event, coming in sixth and fourth in his two starts. Odds favorite Hideki Matsuyama came in seventh in his lone start three years ago.
