Once again the LPL and LCK have two premier matchups on this LoL DFS slate, and if you throw in what should be a comfortable T1 victory, the remaining LPL series featuring two bottom half teams rounds out the slate.

LoL DFS Picks: DraftKings LPL + LCK Slate Breakdown

Following a successful series against DK, the reward for DRX is another top of the LCK team in GEN. Catching GEN off a loss offers DRX a little bit more optimism, however they’re still going to need to perform at least the level they played at in the DK series to win. Zeka is having a breakthrough split, and tonight sees him up against Chovy, making this a potentially exciting LoL DFS spot to monitor.

Collecting their first loss of their LCK split, GEN is in a difficult bounce back spot against DRX tonight. Talent wise GEN is a touch above DRX, and if everyone plays to their peak, a 2-0 is well within reason. Monitoring ownership projections tonight could be pivotal when gauging GEN, as if Ruler finds himself being overlooked, he could be a nifty little play tonight.

There’s a little bit of intrigue around TT this LPL split, as even though they’re far from a top team, they’ve been largely competitive this split, including coming off a win against BLG last time out. Matching that level of play offers TT LoL DFS viability tonight, and with TT not being dirt cheap, keeping an eye out on ownership trends, especially with Kepler might be important, as TT still aren’t world beaters.

Fewer teams have been as frustrating as IG this split, however there’s potential tonight, as TT remain a very beatable team. Certain players from IG need to step up, and with IG making changes by going back to an Ahn/Wink bottom lane, Ahn suddenly becomes a more affordable ADC from IG this series.

Rounding out the LCK side of this LoL DFS slate is a highly projected T1 taking on a woeful BRO. Not much needs to be said here, as T1 should cruise to a 2-0 here, however there are legitimate LoL DFS questions about T1 tonight, as even though BRO hasn’t won a series, they also haven’t died more than 18 times in any game this split.

Change can be difficult to commit to, however after some promising LCK spring split results, BRO finds themselves in a rut, seemingly incapable of mixing up their strategy. BRO is only LoL DFS viable tonight for those willing to accept the incredibly high risk, however T1 has lost as a massive favorite once this split, so anything is possible.

Closing out the LoL DFS slate is likely the highest quality series of the night. EDG has all the tools to put a dent in the record of V5, however EDG doesn’t look like the EDG of 2021, especially this split which sees them being challenged, or losing to lesser teams regularly. Perhaps ownership on EDG will be a bit lower than it should be tonight, and if that’s the case, it’s difficult to not like Viper tonight.

So much for rust, as Rookie and V5 dismantled RA last time out. V5 is a great LoL DFS squad, leading the LPL in kills per game at 16.7, and with 2.3 assists on those kills, getting the correct pieces should V5 win is much easier. Rookie is a player to keep an eye on tonight, as even though he wasn’t as involved as LoL DFS players would like in his first series, he’s someone that can impact the game, while putting up great scores.

Favorite LoL DFS pick on the slate:

JNG-Oner. Gauging which teams will get sweeps is difficult, however on this LoL DFS slate one team stands out, and that’s T1, which gives Oner, and his team leading kill participation a lot of value tonight.

Favorite contrarian LoL DFS pick on the slate:

MID-Zeka. On the whole DRX is too cheap compared to the talent level on the roster, and after beating DK last time out, playing a cheap Zeka in LoL DFS opens the door to unique constructions tonight.
