FREE NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings from Awesemo’s Premium Big Board Tool | James Harden 10/19/21

The NBA DFS Big Board is a one-stop shop for building your lineups. It gives each player on the slate a Points Rating, Value Rating and Leverage Rating on a scale from 1 to 100, which allows you to easily decipher some of the top options on the slate. The season kicks off with a two-game slate tonight. The Nets will head to Milwaukee to take on the Bucks, while the Warriors and Lakers will square off in the late game. There are only so many options to choose from on such a small slate today, which makes value one of the most important factors. We’ll use the NBA DFS projections and dive into three players who are popping from a value perspective in Awesemo’s NBA Big Board and daily fantasy rankings.

NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings & DFS Projections Today

James Harden, PG/SG, Brooklyn Nets

DraftKings Value Rating: 98

There are plenty of superstars to choose from on this slate, but Harden is one of the best. The Nets are going to be playing without Kyrie Irving – possibly for the entire season – and Harden thrived with Irving out of the lineup last year. He increased his usage rate by 6.9 percentage points and his assist rate by 9.3 percentage points in games without Irving, resulting in an average of 1.65 DraftKings points per minute.

Harden is also vastly underpriced at just $9,300 on DraftKings. He is going to be extremely popular on this slate, but he is almost a must-play on DraftKings. He is not nearly the same value on FanDuel – his Value Rating drops to just 54 – but he still deserves heavy consideration on that site. Only Giannis Antetokounmpo is projected for more fantasy points on Tuesday, and he is a bit more expensive across the industry.

Jordan Poole, PG/SG, Golden State Warriors

DraftKings Value Rating: 94

FanDuel Value Rating: 84

Poole came on strong for the Warriors down the stretch last season. He averaged 14.7 points per game from March 1 on, and he did that in an average of 23.5 minutes per game. In games where he played at least 28 minutes, he averaged more than 25.5 DraftKings points. Poole should be able to log at least 28 minutes for the Warriors in this contest. They are still playing without Klay Thompson, and Kelly Oubre and Kent Bazemore are both gone from last year’s squad. Stephen Curry and Andrew Wiggins should serve as their top two offensive options, but Poole could be a reliable No. 3 option.

Grayson Allen, SG, Milwaukee Bucks

FanDuel Value Rating: 79

The Bucks could be a nice source of value on opening night. They are returning their entire starting unit from last year’s squad, but they have plenty of playing time available off the bench. Bobby Portis, Rodney Hood and Semi Ojeleye are all out with injuries, while Donte DiVincenzo is still recovering from an ankle injury he suffered last year.

Allen is someone who should play a role for the Bucks this season. He spent last year with the Grizzlies, and he averaged a career-high 10.6 points per game. His best quality is his perimeter shooting. Allen knocked down 39.1% of his 3-point attempts, which should fit in nicely with the Bucks. Antetokounmpo creates tons of open 3-point attempts for his teammates, so Allen should get more open looks than he did during his time in Memphis. He averaged 0.77 FanDuel points per minute last season, and that number should increase with the Bucks. The over on Allen’s scoring prop is also popping as one of the most profitable bets in Awesemo’s NBA Player Prop Tool.
