The NBA DFS Big Board is a one-stop shop for building lineups. It gives each player on the slate a Points Rating, Value Rating and Leverage Rating on a scale from 1 to 100, which allows you to easily decipher some of the top options on the slate. Let’s dive into some of the NBA daily fantasy rankings using the Big Board and Awesemo’s NBA Projections.
NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings & Big Board Projections
Immanuel Quickley, PG/SG, New York Knicks
DraftKings Value Rating: 96 | FanDuel Value Rating: 95
The Knicks are going to be without their top two point guards on Saturday. Kemba Walker and Derrick Rose have both been ruled out, which opens the door for Immanuel Quickley vs. the Hawks. He’s averaged an excellent 1.07 DraftKings points per minute with Walker and Rose off the court this season, and he’s currently projected for just under 30 minutes in our NBA Projections.
Quickley is popping as the top value option on both DraftKings and FanDuel, and he stands out using the Boom/Bust Probability Tool, as well. He owns the top optimal lineup percentage on FanDuel and the second-highest mark on DraftKings. He also ranks first in Boom Percentage on both sites.

Kevin Porter Jr., PG/SF, Houston Rockets
DraftKings Value Rating: 91 | FanDuel Value Rating: 86
Kevin Porter Jr. provides an excellent combination of value and raw points on Saturday’s slate. He’s displayed plenty of upside in the past, and he’ll have the chance to run the show for the Rockets vs. the Hornets. Jalen Green is expected to miss at least one week with an injury, and Porter owns a team-high 27.4% usage rate with Green off the court this season. He’s averaged 1.00 DraftKings points per minute in that situation, which makes him underpriced at his current salary across the industry.
The only real issue with Porter Jr. is his likely ownership. He’s projected for the highest ownership on both DraftKings and FanDuel, and he owns negative leverage scores on both sites in the Boom/Bust Probability tool. That means he is a candidate to be over-owned, but he’s one of the safest options on the slate.
Porter Jr. also stands out in the player prop market. The Awesemo Player Prop tool gives him a 63% chance of hitting the over on his current scoring prop, making it one of the most exploitable wagers of the day.
Wendell Carter Jr., PF/C, Orlando Magic
DraftKings Value Rating: 80 | FanDuel Value Rating: 75
Wendell Carter Jr. is apparently a vengeful person. He was facing his former team yesterday in the Bulls, and he put together a massive performance. He racked up 26 points and ten rebounds, resulting in 46.0 DraftKings points.
Carter Jr. shouldn’t be expected to repeat that performance on Saturday, but he still stands out as an elite value option. He’s priced at $5,800 on both DraftKings and FanDuel, and he’s averaged 1.13 fantasy points per minute. That’s an excellent figure for his price tag, and it means Carter only needs around 30 minutes to pay off his current salary.
