NBA No House Advantage Props: Hammer These Three Unders (January 26)

The NBA season is past the halfway point and playoff races are taking shape. Thursday night’s NBA slate features two nationally televised matchups with postseason implications in both conferences. The New York Knicks take on the Boston Celtics on TNT, followed by the Dallas Mavericks and Phoenix Suns. Boston is first in the Eastern Conference, with New York fighting to remain in the top 8. Dallas and Phoenix are tied at 25-24 and looking to push into the upper half of the standings with a win. Outside of these races there are a number of spots to take advantage of on traditional NBA prop betting markets and on No House Advantage. Luckily, Stokastic’s NHA projections make that easy.

NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props

Mason Plumlee Under 14.5 Points

Mason Plumlee has been having a strong season statistically. His success has come partially because of a solid minutes workload while the Charlotte Hornets ease rookie Mark Williams into the NBA. That and injury concerns for both Williams and backup Nick Richards have allowed Plumlee to grab hold of the majority of the team’s minutes down low.

That said, part of Plumlee’s increasing scoring output in the last couple weeks have been because of LaMelo Ball’s absence. Ball’s presence in the starting lineup adds another high volume shooter to the team, as well as someone who can grab boards and assists. Our NHA projections have Plumlee coming in at 13.3 points, giving this bet a 59% chance of winning. That’s hard to ignore.

However, beware of news as lock approaches. Ball is still not 100% and he, Gordon Hayward, and Terry Rozier are listed as game time decisions. If one of those three players is out, Plumlee’s chances of going under this number will decrease. This is the top bet on No House Advantage as of 3:30 p.m. ET, but keep an eye on it.

Jalen Duren Under 10.5 Points

The Pistons are at the bottom of the NBA Eastern Conference standings, but that’s not because of Jalen Duren. The rookie out of University of Memphis has performed well in his first season, solidifying regular minutes in the team’s rotation. Expect Duren to start this game and continue his strong play. However, the line of 10.5 points on NHA is simply too high.

Stokastic’s projections have Duren projected for 9.8 points, giving the bet a 58% chance of hitting. The line is assuming that Duren will start and soak up all the usage downlow. It is not accounting for the potential return of Isaiah Stewart to the Pistons frontcourt. With Stewart in the lineup the team will have another big to take scoring opportunities. Duren is someone to watch in the future but sell high on tonight at this inflated line at No House Advantage.

Derrick White Under 11.5 Points

The marquee matchup of the night is the east coast battle between the Celtics and Knicks. Malcolm Brogdon will be returning to Boston’s rotation, with some possibility that he earns a start. With Brogdon back it should eat into the minutes and usage of Derrick White.

White had been a strong pick for overs with Brogdon out of the Celtics lineup. He is now projecting as our third ranked bet on No House Advantage because of his points prop that is set at 11.5. Stokastic projects White for 10.7 points, giving the prop a 58% chance of connecting. There is also a bit of uncertainty surrounding White’s health. He tweaked his neck in the Celtics last game and left for a few minutes before returning. With a fully healthy bench, the Celtics could give White a lighter workload tonight if he needs time to recover, making him someone to watch on NHA and in NBA prop bets.
