After the conclusion of THE PLAYERS Championship, the PGA Tour heads to Florida for the Valspar Championship. Despite a weaker field, there are still plenty of opportunities for DFS picks at different price points. With the possibility of challenging weather conditions, selecting lesser-known players may be necessary to round out lineups. On the Valspar Championship DFS side, there are plenty of options to choose from and a number of ways to construct teams.

PGA DFS: Valspar Championship DFS Picks & Projections

Tommy Fleetwood – $9,800 DraftKings

One notable DFS pick is Tommy Fleetwood at $9,800 on DraftKings. Although he may seem overpriced, he performed well at this event in 2022 and has decent strokes gained data that suggests he could contend this week. Despite a lackluster putting performance at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Fleetwood gained over four strokes tee to green. His recent strong iron play and improving putting skills could lead to a top finish in a weaker field.

Byeong Hun An – $7,900 DraftKings

Another mid-range pick to consider is Byeong Hun An at $7,900 on DraftKings. He has made the cut in every event in 2023 except for one withdrawal, and his positive ball striking could offset his occasionally cold putting. With three consecutive events of gaining strokes putting, An is showing signs of improvement. While he hasn’t had much success in previous Valspar starts, his game is currently in good shape and could be a solid value play this week.

Kramer Hickok – $7,200 DraftKings

For a lower-cost option, Kramer Hickok at $7,200 on DraftKings is projected for just 3% ownership, making him an under-the-radar pick with high upside. He has made three straight cuts, including in the strong field of THE PLAYERS Championship. Although his stats are mixed, his off-tee game is reliable, and he has previously placed in the top 5 on tour. Even a moderate finish could make him a valuable addition to DFS lineups this week.
