Jock MKT Starter Kit: NFL Picks | Week 18
To begin, enter the NFL Daily Market when the Initial Public Offering (IPO) phase is underway. Leading up until kickoff on the slate’s first game, bid on players you are interested in acquiring on the open market. Is there a player who you consider a favorite to finish at the top of the rankings? Invest as much or as little as you want in their fantasy performance, with shares beginning at $1 and ranging up to $25. See potential injury news that could open an opportunity for another player to acquire fantasy points? Make speculative bids for shares of the backup, hoping for that news to break after the IPO phase is complete.
The next part of the game occurs during live trading. Unlike regular NFL DFS, where your plays are locked in, you can buy and sell shares of players while the games are happening based on their production and where you could see them finishing amongst the field. Track as current points, projected points, and live price for each player is updated in real-time, allowing you to track the action and invest in an instant to account for news. Trading can be done up until the final whistle.
Each player share is paid out at the end of the games based on their final rankings of fantasy points amongst the field. If the shares you own are worth more than what you paid, you win money. For more information, check out the Jock MKT website.
Jock MKT NFL Picks for Week 18
Jonathan Taylor — RB — Indianapolis Colts
It’s not often a running back makes a legitimate case for NFL MVP, but that’s how good Jonathan Taylor has been this season. Taylor has run for over 100 yards in seven of his past eight games. He also has found the end zone in 12 of his past 13 games. In his last game against the Jaguars, Taylor totaled six receptions, 126 total yards and a touchdown. Jacksonville is playing even worse since then, as their focus is limping into the offseason without having another controversy. Look for Taylor to take advantage in a game the Colts must win to control their own destiny. Jock MKT ranks Taylor second overall on this slate, but Awesemo projects him to be the top overall scorer. If this happens, each Taylor share would pay out $25.
Josh Allen — QB — Buffalo Bills
What better way to get back on track before the playoffs than a matchup against the Jets? That is exactly what Josh Allen gets, after a three-interception performance last week. Allen threw 366 yards and two touchdowns the last time he faced the Jets. Playing at home this week, he must win to ensure the Bills play another home game next week. Jock MKT ranks Allen fourth on this slate, which would pay out only $16. Awesemo, on the other hand, projects Allen to finish second overall, which would pay $20 per share.

Taysom Hill — QB — New Orleans Saints
The Saints must win to have a chance to get into the playoffs. Much like with Allen above, Taysom Hill is in a meaningful game against a poor Falcons team that would gain more from losing. Hill has double-digit carries in four straight games, which gives him a high floor. Running for a touchdown or having any kind of success with his arm is what gives him one of the highest ceilings on the slate. Jock MKT ranks Hill 10th on this slate. Awesemo, on the other hand, projects Hill to finish seventh overall, which would pay $13 per share.
