Jonathan Taylor — DraftKings: 14.4%, FanDuel: 12%

Taylor has been brilliant, scoring 28.4 DraftKings points per game in his last six starts. This season he has garnered 66.7% of the Colts’ running back carries, including a league-high 44 red-zone rushes, while playing 58.4% of the snaps. Taylor has also seen solid usage as a receiver, running a route on 46% of Carson Wentz’s dropbacks. Taylor has been extremely efficient, ranking second among running backs in DraftKings points per snap (0.58), and he is guaranteed to continue his terrific season this Sunday.

Hosting the Jaguars, the Colts have the fourth-highest implied team total on the slate (29 points) and are 10.5-point favorites. Since entering the NFL, Taylor has flourished as a home favorite, averaging 24 DraftKings points per game. Furthermore, he has been a monster when the Colts have an implied team total of over 28 points, scoring 26.5 DraftKings points per game. According to the Boom/Bust Tool, Taylor brings a top-three ceiling among running backs on the slate for both DraftKings and FanDuel.

Dalvin Cook — DraftKings: 12%, FanDuel: 15.4%

Cook is back to full strength and seems way underpriced. Excluding Week 4 against the Browns when he was on the field for less than half the snaps because of an ankle injury, Cook has been a true workhorse this season, playing 74.1% of the snaps and handling 86.8% of the Vikings running back carries, including 16 in the red zone across five games. Additionally, he has has run a route on 52% of Kirk Cousins’ dropbacks and caught 13 of his 17 targets. Cook is averaging an elite 23.8 touches per game in these five games, and is in an outstanding spot this weekend against the Chargers. This matchup’s total is the second highest on the slate (53 points), and Los Angeles has allowed the most yards per carry in the league (5.0). Plus, they have yielded the second-most touchdowns rushing to running backs (11).

For his career, Cook has produced 22.8 DraftKings points per game in totals of at least 50 points, and he should not disappoint in this excellent spot.

Diontae Johnson — DraftKings: 16.5%, FanDuel: 14.9%

Johnson is a steal on both DraftKings and FanDuel this week. He has incredible usage this season, ranking sixth in target share (29.1%) while running a route on 94% of Ben Roethlisberger’s dropbacks. Also, Johnson ranks 19th in yards after the catch (254) and has seen a team-high 12 targets over 20 yards. Hosting the Lions, the Steelers’ implied team total is the eighth highest on the slate (25.5 points). By a large gap Detroit has given up the most yards per attempt in the league this season (8.8), and their defense is the worst-graded unit on PFF. Johnson could not ask for a better matchup, and in his last eight games with the Steelers’ implied total at 25 points or more, he has averaged 22.1 DraftKings points per game. For DraftKings this week, Johnson has a top-three raw projection and boom score among receivers, according to the Boom/Bust Tool.
