Week 15 NFL DFS Lineup Optimizer Picks & Projections

*Percentages indicate Optimal Lineup Scores

Davante Adams — DraftKings: 17.8%, FanDuel: 24.5%

This past Sunday, Adams was spectacular, hauling in 10 of his 13 targets for 121 yards and two touchdowns against the Bears, marking his third straight performance of over 100 yards. This season, Adams ranks third in the league in target share (32.7%), fifth in red-zone targets (17), ninth in targets over 20 yards (17), ninth in air yards (1,316) and sixth in yards after the catch (455). In terms of fantasy production, Adams ranks third among receivers in DraftKings points per game (22.5), including four efforts north of 30 DraftKings points.

On tap for this Sunday is a plus matchup with the Ravens, who are surrendering the third highest yards per pass attempt (7.4). The Packers’ implied team ranks sixth on the slate (25.5 points) and it’s worth noting this game is in Baltimore. Over the last two seasons, Adams has been 3.2 DraftKings points per game better on the road. Furthermore, in the road contests that the Packers have carried an implied team total of at least 25 points, the receiver has supplied 29.6 DraftKings points per game. Adams brings one of the highest ceilings on the slate, and is an elite pay up option for all formats.

James Robinson — DraftKings: 47.4%, FanDuel: 36.4%

This is a tremendous time to buy low on Robinson at season-low price tags on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The back is coming off two quiet showings, but he faced two of the best rush defenses in the league in the Titans and Rams. Both clubs rank inside the top 10 in fewest yards per rush allowed. Plus, these contests were both blowouts in favor of the opposition that forced the Jags to abandon the run. Now, Robinson will be back at home in a perfect bounce back spot against the Texans. Houston is giving up the second-highest yards per rush (4.7) and second-most rushing touchdowns to opposing backfields (15). In this spot, the Jags boast a solid implied team total of 22.25 points and are five-point home favorites.

This season, Robinson has handled 72% of Jacksonville’s running back rushes, including 19 red-zone carries. Additionally, he has run a route on 45% of dropbacks with a 70% catch rate. Since being drafted by the Jags last season, Robinson has been very effective at home, contributing 17.7 DraftKings points per game. Furthermore, while it is only a sample of two contests, the 23-year-old has smashed when his team has been favorited, scoring 19.7 DraftKings points per game. Regardless of position, no player possesses a higher Optimal Lineup percentage score than Robinson this week, via Awesemo’s Boom Bust Tool.

DJ Moore — DraftKings: 14.7%, FanDuel: 14.5%

While Cam Newton has struggled, the Panthers plan to stick with the veteran as their starting quarterback this week against the Bills, which is great news for Moore. Since Newton took over three weeks ago, Moore has led the Panthers with a 29% target share, including two red-zone targets and two targets greater than 20 yards. With this role, the receiver has produced 16 DraftKings points per game. Now, for this Sunday, the Panthers will face the Bills and are large 12-point underdogs, which should result in a pass heavy game plan for Carolina.

Moore should be extremely active as the Panthers try to keep up with the Bills, and is simply underpriced right for his usage right now. Moore has recorded at least 15 DraftKings points in seven of 13 contests this season and is a top-10 receiver value for both DraftKings and FanDuel, via Awesemo’s projections. According to Awesemo’s Top Stacks Tool, Buffalo is rating as one of the best offenses to stack this Sunday and Moore is without a doubt the most optimal bring back option for Bills stacks.

Update: Moore is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. Given he did get three limited practices in this week, Moore looks likely to suit up and if anything, the questionable tag will result in lower ownership for the wideout.
