No House Advantage: Week 15 Sunday Night Football Picks

Taysom Hill: Over 190.5 Yards Passing

It’s a difficult task running against the Buccaneers. However, teams have had success moving the ball against their secondary. Tampa is allowing opponents to complete 68.05% of their passes, which is the seventh-worst in the NFL. This tells us they are allowing easy completions, and Taysom Hill would love to get some easy completions to get into a rhythm tonight. He passed for only 175 yards on 21 pass attempts last week. However, Hill totaled 264 on 41 pass attempts the previous week. Look for him to have stats somewhere in the middle of those two games. The Player Props Tool projects Hill for 220.01 passing yards.

Chris Godwin: Over 80.5 Yards Receiving

It’s also tough running against the Saints, with them giving up a league-best 3.7 yards per carry. This leads to the Buccaneers passing more tonight. We have seen Marshon Lattimore and Mike Evans battle on the outside for years now. This will continue tonight, while Chris Godwin continues to rack up targets on the inside. In the previous matchup, Godwin turned 12 targets into eight receptions for 140 yards and a touchdown. The Player Props Tool projects Godwin for 82.53 receiving yards.

Tom Brady: Over 0.5 Interceptions

As previously stated, the Buccaneers should pass a bit more often tonight since it is tough to run against New Orleans. As good as Tom Brady is, we have seen him struggle when there is no running game to set up the pass. We have also seen him throw more picks than usual this season. Brady has thrown 10 interceptions overall and at least one in five of his past six games. This includes two interceptions against the Saints in their previous matchup.
