NHL DFS Picks: Defensemen
Ethan Bear, Vancouver Canucks
Bear played over 23 minutes in his last game and should be in a similar position tonight. With a 3.4 implied total for his team going into St. Louis to face the Blues, Bear is the top defensemen value in Stokastic’s NHL DFS projections of now.
Victor Hedman Tampa Bay Lightning
Hedman plays 25 minutes per night and quarterbacks one of the best power play units in the entire NHL, featuring the likes of Nikita Kucherov, Steven Stamkos and Brayden Point. Hedman is also averaging six shot attempts in his last five games and is worth considering if you are interested in stacking the Lightning’s top line.
NHL DFS Picks: Goaltender
Joonas Korpisalo, Columbus Blue Jackets
Korpisalo is projected for over 30 saves in Stokastic’s NHL DFS projections and is facing a Wild team that has struggled to score lately, averaging just 2.0 goals in its last nine games. With a great chance at the 30 saves and a solid chance at the 35-save DraftKings goalie bonus, Korpisalo is a great option to consider.
