The BIG news

  • Jack Eichel is likely to miss another game tonight, though he was spotted on the ice this morning.
  • Elias Pettersson is out tonight’s game against Toronto. Brandon Sutter will centre Brock Boeser and Nikolay Goldobin. Granlund centres Virtanen and Baertschi.
  • Tarasenko returns for the Blues. Fresh off a win, the Blues won’t mess with their top-six, so Tarasenko will be on STL3 with Bozak and Sanford. He is on the PP1.
  • Jordan Eberle is back for the Islanders. He takes Ho-Sang’s spot on NYI1. Ho-Sang moves to NYI3 with Dal Colle and Komarov. Eberle is on the PP1.

The little news

  • Backes is back in on BOS2, replacing Ryan Donato, who moves down to BOS4. Backes is also on the PP1.
  • Nashville mixed up their lines in-game last time out, but it looks like they’re going with the same ones again tonight.
  • CBJ also mixed up their last night – but no new lines posted. I’d check line rushes. Duclair spent time with Panarin and Wennberg during the third period and Jenner was with Anderson And Hannikainen. Dubois was with Atkinson and Bjorkstrand.
  • Colton Sisson returns for the Predators.
  • Pat Marron will be a healthy scratch for the Blues.
  • MA Vlasic is out for the Sharks tonight. The sharks mix and match their D corps a decent amount. Jacob Middleton will move into the lineup, alongside Brent Burns

Nothing exciting here, but these defencemen have the strongest recent ice-time correlations:

Weber with MTL1 (Danault line)

Doughty with LAK1

Nurse/Larsson with McDavid and Draisaitl.
