The NBA trade deadline can no longer wreak havoc with wagers made during the day, which is a relief when looking over this seven-game slate tonight. There are multiple games with high totals, but that does not always mean it is the best game to find wagers in. Some games have inflated NBA player props today due to the total of the game, so sometimes it can be better to target the slower games and have props more within reach.
This is a perfect opportunity to use Awesemo OddsShopper to make some of the best NBA parlay picks today. Using this fantastic site and basketball betting tips can help place smart wagers in an easy-to-use fashion and maximize the ROI on the wagers. It is truly betting made simple, as it guides you in how to bet on sports, helping you find the best bet in 30 seconds or less.
Longshot NBA Parlay Picks & Player Props Today
The first step is finding the brand new Parlay Builder for OddsShopper. It is located on the top banner and is just one click away. This tool is a game changer because the Awesemo data scientists have built the parlay already. The user has the choice of what type of parlay they prefer to chase, and the state is customizable along with the sportsbook. Though it is rare, underdogs eventually have their day, and when they do, the payouts are nice. Here are our best bets for underdogs if you like to fade the favorites and cheer for the upset at high odds. As a reminder, betting the props individually is always a smart way to build your bankroll. An underdog parlay is not exactly the most stable return if it is always being bet just as a parlay. Let’s find out what the best-projected bets are for Friday on Caesars and build some NBA parlay picks on OddsShopper!
Trae Young Under 9.5 Assists
One of the most exciting matchups of the night on an individual level is Trae Young facing Dejounte Murray when the Atlanta Hawks face the San Antonio Spurs. Murray is widely regarded as one of the better on-ball defenders in the league. Young is averaging 9.3 assists per game, and his 43.2% assist rate backs that up. What is interesting to see is that Young is fourth in potential assists per game with 16.9. That is a gaudy number, but the path for Young to go under 10 assists in any given game is likelier than it may seem. For as many assists as Young does average, he is not even in the top 30 as far as passes made in the league this year. The expected win rate is 64% from OddsShopper tonight and the ROI on this NBA player prop bet is very nice at +110.
Al Horford Under 2.5 Assists
The Denver Nuggets are in Boston to face the Boston Celtics, and the minutes for Al Horford have been all over the board lately. In the past five games, he has played as few as 19 minutes and as many as 33, so that facet of the play is fairly difficult to predict. However, Horford has only averaged 38.9 passes made, and 25.3% of those passes made were to Dennis Schroder, who is not a Celtic anymore. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown shoot a combined four field goal attempts from Horford passes this season, which is a pretty low number. The assist rate is 17.8% for Horford on the season, but the minutes are far from guaranteed and Horford has the highest expected win rate from OddsShopper of the parlay (71%).

Cole Anthony Over 5.5 Rebounds
It is rare to target a rebounding NBA prop against the Utah Jazz this season, but the Orlando Magic could face them with a less-than-100% Rudy Gobert. Gobert has missed eight straight games and now is questionable. Even if he plays, it would be very surprising to see Gobert come back and push for his normal role because he is immensely important to Utah and their chances in the postseason. Cole Anthony is averaging 5.9 rebounds per game as it is, and if Gobert does not suit up, the path would be easier. Utah is down to eighth in rebounds per game, and Anthony does most of his damage inside of 10 feet of the basket. The Jazz are still third inside the paint as far as rebounds allowed, but Anthony is playing 35 minutes per game when the game is close, and Gobert being questionable presents a great cache to get a positive ROI and an expected win rate of 66% from OddsShopper.
Josh Giddey Under 6.5 Rebounds
It seems like Josh Giddey will likely still be capped around 30 minutes tonight, as coach Mark Daigneault said two games ago that Giddey would be scaled back for a few games. On top of that, the Oklahoma City Thunder travel to face the Philadelphia 76ers, who just happened to have Joel Embiid manning the center position and is averaging 10.9 rebounds per game. Giddey has an expected win rate of 60% from OddsShopper, and the Awesemo Parlay Calculator has a return of +1662. To his credit, Giddey is averaging 7.6 rebounds on the season, and 4.6 have come within six feet of the basket. That could be an issue because the 76ers are sixth in rebounds allowed in the paint. That has not been totally Embiid, and the 76ers will miss Andre Drummond on the glass when Embiid is off the floor, but Philadelphia is the largest favorite of the night. It is a bad matchup for Giddey, and it would be an upset to see him log more than 30 minutes.
