Saturday, March 4

Saturday calls for some slightly different conditions. The high will be 89 degrees, with a low remaining in the 60s, but some wind is expected to become a factor. Per the report, wind gusts could reach into the mid-20s, and the precipitation chance rises to 24%.

Sunday, March 5

The final round at the Arnold Palmer Invitational calls for some slightly cooler (perhaps refreshing) temps. The high will reach the low 80s with a low coming in at 62%. Winds are expected at 11 MPH, with a precipitation chance of just 14%.

Per DraftKings Sportsbook, Jon Rahm enters the tournament as the favorite (+650). He’s followed by Rory McIlroy (+900), Scottie Scheffler (+1000), Xander Schauffele (+2000), Tony Finau (+2000), Patrick Cantlay (+2000) and Max Homa (+2000).

Last year, it was Scheffler who took home the Arnold Palmer Invitational win, asserting himself among the PGA elite before winning the Masters. Rahm recently secured the world No. 1 golf ranking, but McIlroy could win it back with a victory at Bay Hill.

“There’s a lot of satisfaction that comes when you get to be No. 1 when the other players have been playing great golf as well. Scottie had a great year last year, Rory had a great year last year, and then towards the end of the year I kind of picked up,” Rahm said, per Yahoo Sports. “If you’re going to do it in any way, you want to get to No. 1 by winning.”

Luckily for all the PGA players competing in this weekend’s field, the Arnold Palmer Invitational weather report calls for hot and calm conditions throughout the weekend.
