Landing in that 43–50 range means the settings are working together; a number in the 20s means the builder is still funneling you into the field's lineups.
Step 7: Force In The Golfers You Want, And Fix The Conflict It Creates
After a batch runs, audit your actual exposures against your convictions. The builder might hand you 13% of an elite golfer you wanted at 25%, or 1% of a popular star you know you need more of. Two fixes:
Boost the projection. Raise the golfer's projected score until his value ranks near the top of the board. Bumping a projection from 60 to 75 fantasy points can move a golfer from an afterthought to the second-highest value on the slate, and the builder responds immediately.
Use groups. A group rule like "every lineup must include at least one of Golfer A and Golfer B" hard-wires your captains into the build.
But watch for the trap: group rules collide with everything you set earlier. Your grouped golfers' own exposure ceilings can be too tight to satisfy "one in every lineup" across the whole batch, and the 80% ownership cap squeezes the same two popular golfers from the other side. Eventually the build errors out because two of your own rules are fighting over the same slots. The fix is to raise those golfers' individual exposure ceilings (to 100% if they're true anchors) so the group rule has room to breathe.
