For the first time all season, you can’t just play anyone you want on DraftKings. Pricing has finally tightened up, and that’s a good thing. This week’s Perfect Lineup dives into a trickier NFL DFS Week 6 slate, where strategy, correlation and ownership matter more than ever. Every Friday, we build three lineups, run them through the Single Lineup Simulator and reveal which stacks show the best path to tournament success. The goal is to find the NFL DFS picks that balances projection, leverage and ceiling across thousands of simulated outcomes.
NFL DFS Week 6 Picks: Build the Perfect DraftKings Lineup with Sims
Lineup 1: Rams Without Puka Nacua
The first lineup went against the grain. Rather than jamming in chalk, we started by fading Puka Nacua and stacking other Rams weapons instead: Davante Adams and Kyren Williams.
The idea is the Rams have one of the most concentrated offenses in football, and if Nacua’s $8,700 salary doesn’t pay off, the production will funnel directly to Adams and Williams. Against a battered Ravens defense, that leverage could make all the difference.
To round it out, Justin Herbert led the lineup, stacked with Keenan Allen and Ladd McConkey against a vulnerable Miami secondary. Despite the Chargers’ injuries on the offensive line, Herbert should still have time to operate since Miami ranks near the bottom of the league in both pass rush win rate and coverage grade.
Lineup 2: Trevor Lawrence Value Stack
Next up was a value-focused build around Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars offense. Lawrence hasn’t been flashy this season, but Week 6 presents the perfect buy-low opportunity against Seattle.
The stack included Lawrence, Brian Thomas Jr. and tight end Hunter Long, who steps into a larger role with Brenton Strange on IR. Long’s $2,500 salary opens the door to elite plays elsewhere, especially on a slate with tighter pricing.
The runback is Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who continues to establish himself as one of the league’s most efficient receivers.
We added running backs Javonte Williams and Rico Dowdle, Puka Nacua at WR, and Trey McBride in a double-tight end structure. The Dolphins D/ST rounded it out.
Lineup 3: The Bryce Young Breakout Build
Finally, the third lineup was the best of the bunch, centered on Bryce Young. Yes, that Bryce Young.
Young costs less than $5,000 and opens up room for multiple high-priced studs. His stack partner was Tetairoa McMillan, the Panthers’ WR1, still waiting on his breakout game. The key is understanding context. If you’re stacking a cheap quarterback and receiver combo, they don’t need to be great. They just need to not kill you.
The lineup included Javonte Williams, Josh Jacobs, Puka Nacua and Christian McCaffrey, combining high-floor studs with a low-cost QB stack.
