NFL DFS Week 10 DraftKings Picks: Best Stacks, One-Offs and Leverage from Stokastic’s Sims

The NFL DFS Week 10 slate features one of the most balanced player pools of the season, and the Stokastic Sims confirm it. After running thousands of simulated DraftKings lineups, we analyzed the top 150 builds (each with at least three unique players) to identify which quarterbacks, stacks and leverage plays are separating from the field. Unlike earlier weeks, there’s no single must-play stud. Instead, the Sims show a clear tilt toward balance with NFL DFS picks: Affordable QBs, high-efficiency RBs and mid-range WRs that appear in winning combinations across multiple game environments.

Quarterbacks: Dart and Mayfield Lead the Value Tier

This week’s Sims revealed surprising parity at quarterback:

  • Jaxson Dart (24 lineups): emerging as a key value in lineups with balanced salary allocation.
  • Baker Mayfield (22) and Drake Maye (21): steady, stackable and access to multiple pass-catchers.
  • Mac Jones (20): mid-tier pivot that opens salary for premium skill positions.
  • Josh Allen (16) and Lamar Jackson (14): ceiling plays at modest ownership.

Running Backs: Dowdle, McCaffrey and Achane Dominate Exposure

Three names tower over the rest:

  • Rico Dowdle (89 lineups): slate’s top salary-adjusted value, benefiting from increased role and matchup.
  • Christian McCaffrey (66): still the most consistent ceiling play among RBs.
  • De’Von Achane (62): elite efficiency at a moderate price tag.

The second tier features David Montgomery (25), Quinshon Judkins (24) and Rachaad White (18), all mid-range RBs providing leverage on chalk constructions.

Wide Receivers: Douglas, Flowers and Nacua Lead the Pack

This week’s WR exposures emphasize balance and correlation over raw star power:

  • DeMario Douglas (73 lineups): salary relief WR1 appearing in nearly half of the top Sims.
  • Puka Nacua (63): consistent with Matthew Stafford stacks and viable as a one-off.
  • Zay Flowers (62): explosive GPP upside, particularly in Jackson lineups.
  • Wan’Dale Robinson (45) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (34): strong mid-range floor options.

Supporting cast: Khalil Shakir (28), Olamide Zaccheaus (27), and Emeka Egbuka (26) all ranked high in salary-saving builds.

Tight Ends: Kittle and McBride Are the Cornerstones

Tight end exposure was tightly concentrated:

  • George Kittle (60): elite ceiling with moderate ownership.
  • Trey McBride (57): slate’s top ceiling TE.
  • Cade Otton (41): steady mid-tier option tied to Mayfield stacks.
  • Sam LaPorta (26) and Hunter Henry (19): efficient pivots in salary-balanced builds.

Defenses: Jaguars Chalk, But Value Down the Board

Defensive exposures were diverse but clear:

  • Jaguars (28): slate’s most popular DST and safest chalk.
  • Buccaneers (18), Cardinals (17), and Jets (17): mid-tier options with turnover potential.
  • Bears (16): cheap contrarian DST appearing in multiple top lineups.

Pairing cheap defenses with value RBs like Dowdle or Achane was a recurring pattern among top-simulated builds.

Top NFL DFS Week 10 Stacks

The most frequent NFL DFS stacks across top 150 Sims included:

  • Baker Mayfield + Cade Otton + Emeka Egbuka: low salary, balanced ceiling.
  • Drake Maye + DeMario Douglas + Hunter Henry: affordable stack freeing room for elite RBs.
  • Jaxson Dart + Wan’Dale Robinson: cheaper correlation stack with solid upside.

One-Offs and Leverage NFL DFS Picks

  • Rico Dowdle: chalk-level volume at mid-range salary.
  • Trey McBride: top value TE appearing in over one-third of lineups.
  • DeMario Douglas: features in stacks, but also key salary-saver enabling double-stud RB builds.
