Week 7 isn’t for the faint of heart. Pricing has tightened, chalk is concentrated and this slate demands creativity. In this week’s Perfect Lineup, we dug into the data, running multiple builds through the Single Lineup Simulator to find which combinations can rise above the field. Their goal remains the same: To discover the path toward the NFL DFS perfect lineup, the NFL DFS picks that blend projection, leverage and ceiling better than anything else.
NFL DFS Week 7 Picks: Build the Perfect DraftKings Lineup with Sims
Lineup 1: The Jets Stack No One Wants
The first build takes a familiar face and drops him into a spot few are brave enough to touch. The public has soured on Justin Fields after a pair of ugly weeks, but the underlying upside hasn’t changed. With immense rushing potential and a projected ownership around 2%, Fields immediately adds tournament leverage.
The stack pairs Fields with Breece Hall, creating an unusual combination of dual-threat options. With Garrett Wilson doubtful, Hall should absorb additional volume both on the ground and through the air. Even if their rushing roles overlap, the Jets offense can flow through both players, especially against a Carolina defense that still struggles against the run despite two recent outlier performances.
Lineup 2: Broncos Bounce Back
The second lineup needed no added randomness; the core itself was already contrarian. It centered on Bo Nix, Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin, a Denver trio flying well below the ownership radar. After a sluggish start, sentiment on the Broncos has cratered, but the data suggests positive regression is coming. Facing a Giants team riding high off an emotional primetime win, Denver’s offense could easily break loose at home in the altitude.
Lineup 3: Cowboys Shootout Stack
The final build leaned into game theory around one of the week’s highest totals. With the Cowboys facing Washington in a 54.5-point projected shootout, Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and Javonte Williams became the foundation. Few will stack Prescott directly given his middling median projection, but with so many focusing on the opposite side’s quarterback, this path creates natural leverage.
