In a week with several of the top quarterbacks on bye, Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins stand out like a sore thumb. The Commanders defense has given up the second-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the past five weeks, per Fantasy Points. The Dolphins have the best odds of being the top overall stack in the Stokastic Top Stacks tool, and Tagovailoa has the second-best projection of any quarterback on the slate.
Running Back: Zack Moss, Indianapolis Colts

Moss has the third-best projection of any Week 13 running back, and the two ahead of him (Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara) are significantly more expensive. The matchup with the Titans is not as imposing as it once was, as they have given up 15th-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points per game to running backs over the past five weeks. In the same matchup and same situation with Jonathan Taylor out in Week 4, Moss went off for 165 rushing yards and two touchdowns, adding two receptions for 30 yards.

Hill has the best projection of any receiver by more than 4 fantasy points. He also is a natural pairing partner with Tagovailoa in an elite matchup, as the Commanders have given up the second-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points per game to wide receivers over the past five weeks. Of course, an easy way to get a bit different while also saving some money is to play Hill’s teammate, Jaylen Waddle ($3.43 Core Floor Price). Hill and Waddle can also be paired together with Tagovailoa.
