The New York Rangers are (+116) underdogs against the Dallas Stars. Stokastic has Jacob Trouba projected for 2.67 shots on goal tonight. The tool tells us that higher has a 76% expected Win% and a 24% ROI. Trouba has taken two or more shots in 8 of his last 13 games. With such a favorable projection and a boost offering from Underdog, this is clearly the top play of the night.

Roman Josi, Nashville, H/L 3.5 Shots
The Nashville Predators (+148) are big underdogs against the Colorado Avalanche tonight. Roman Josi is tied for 22nd in the NHL with 58 shots on goal and has three goals on the season. Josi is projected for 4.5 shots on goal, giving the higher play a 68% expected win rate and a 32% ROI, the second-highest rated ROI for tonight.

Fabian Zutterland, San Jose, H/L 2.0 Shots
This prop opened at 1.5 and has since been bumped to 2 but the Stokastic projections say it’s still a positive EV play. Fabian Zutterland is projected for 2.77 shots tonight against the Vancouver Canucks. Zutterland has taken two more shots in six of his last eight games. The Canucks have allowed nine goals in their last two games resulting in back-to-back losses.
