In this column, we are going to review the basics of Jock MKT, including how it differs from making regular NFL DFS picks and how it aligns with the fantasy football games you already know. Below are three of the best Jock MKT NFL picks for the NFL Sunday Night Market slate, based on the expert NFL DFS projections from the No. 1 DFS player in the world, Alex Baker.
Jock MKT NFL Starter Kit | Week 5 Sunday Night Football
To begin, enter the NFL Daily Market when the Initial Public Offering (IPO) phase is underway. Leading up until kickoff on the slate’s first game, bid on players you are interested in acquiring on the open market. Is there a player who you consider a favorite to finish at the top of the rankings? Invest as much or as little as you want in their fantasy performance, with shares beginning at $1 and ranging all the way up to $25. See potential injury news that could open an opportunity for another player to acquire fantasy points? Make speculative bids for shares of the backup, hoping for that news to break after the IPO phase is complete.
The next part of the game occurs during live trading. Unlike regular NFL DFS, where your plays are locked in, you can buy and sell shares of players while the games are happening based on their production and where you could see them finishing amongst the field. Track as current points, projected points, and live price for each player is updated in real-time, allowing you to track the action and invest in an instant to account for news. Trading can be done all the way up until the final whistle.
Each player share is paid out at the end of the games based on their final rankings of fantasy points amongst the field. If the shares you own are worth more than what you paid, you win money. For more information, check out the Jock MKT website.
Jock MKT NFL Picks for Sunday Night Football
Josh Allen — QB — Buffalo Bills
In an exciting Sunday Night Football showdown, the Bills will look to avenge their AFC Championship Game loss against the Chiefs. The game has the highest implied total of the weekend (56), and both quarterbacks are expected to put up impressive performances. While Patrick Mahomes is the highest-ranked player on Jock MKT, Awesemo projects Josh Allen for nearly the exact same number of fantasy points. With the Bills being slight underdogs, it is possible Allen could be in position in the fourth quarter to be more aggressive and finish as the highest-scoring player on the slate. Should Allen be the highest scorer on Jock MKT, he would pay out $25 per share. Second place pays $20.
Zack Moss — RB — Buffalo Bills
Through three games Zack Moss has been an elite scorer. He has totaled three touchdowns rushing and one through the air. Moss is the clear favorite option in the backfield when Buffalo gets into the red zone. With this game having the highest projected total of the week, the Bills should be in position to score quite often. This means Moss will have multiple cracks at a touchdown. Jock MKT only ranks Moss 10th, which creates plenty of upside for a player with a nose for the end zone. Finishing 10th would pay out $4 per share. However, simply falling in the end zone should mean instant profit, and that seems like a worthwhile risk given Moss’ performance thus far. Awesemo currently projects his value to be $4.29.
Darrel Williams — RB — Kansas City Chiefs
Speaking of falling in the end zone, Darrel Williams could vulture a touchdown from Clyde Edwards-Helaire in this game, which is fantasy gold, especially on Jock MKT. Williams has three carries inside the 5-yard line this season, while Edwards-Helaire has not recorded any. Jock MKT ranks Williams 14th, which would only pay out $1.50. However, in a high-scoring game, it appears Williams has a good chance of getting into the end zone. Thanks for reading to the end of this article!
