As of 4:30 pm ET, it looks like the Bucks will potentially be a huge source of value for today, with Brogdon out, and Bledsoe + Antetokounmpo questionable. Another big injury is Kyrie Irving being out, and third string PG Larkin is also out for the Celtics.
Khris Middleton (7300 DK, 7500 FD) – If Antetokounmpo and Bledsoe miss today’s game, Middleton will be a stone cold lock. Even making projections assuming each one will play half of the time, Middleton is looking like a great play. This is going to depend on what information comes out later; if one plays he will be a good play and if neither do, he will be a must play. Probability of top 5 value at position: 21.2% DK, 34.6% FD.
Terry Rozier (6600 DK, 6500 FD) – With Irving and Larkin out on Wednesday, Rozier was in line to play up to 40 minutes if the game was close. He will be popular without a doubt tonight, so it will be up to you to decide whether Wednesday’s break-out performance was lightning in a bottle or if it was legit! Probability of top 5 value: 21% DK, 41.1% FD.
John Henson (4800 DK) – With Enes Kanter and Kristaps Porzingis providing size at the center, Henson will be likely to play more minutes than average provided he stays out of foul trouble. With the depleted team, I expect him to get a few more shots in this game. Today he’s a much better play on Draftkings given the lower salary. Probability of top 5 value: 27.1% DK.
Jaylen Brown (5900 FD) – In Wednesday’s game, Brown played about 17.5 minutes, which put him in line to get up to 38 minutes if the game stayed closer. That’s the kind of minutes increase that you can’t ignore, along with the increased usage with Irving being ruled out. He’s cheaper on Fanduel, so I would be more likely to play him there. Probability of top 5 value: 33.15% FD.
Good luck!
