Top 5 FanDuel NBA DFS Picks Today

5. Terance Mann, Los Angeles Clippers

Mann projects for 18.5 fantasy points and a goal of 23 and is in the optimal lineup 34% of the time. While he only played about 24 minutes in the previous game, he had a great plus-minus rating. Mann is a value pick and could be a major part of the Clippers rotation. He has a 16% usage rate and projects for 9 points, four rebounds, 2.5 assists and maybe a stock. Although he is up against the Suns, there are only three games to choose from, so Mann is worth considering at $4,000.

4. Immanuel Quickley, New York Knicks

Without Josh Hart, Quickley is likely to see a lot more minutes and potentially more than what is projected for him. Point guard and shooting guard eligible, Quickley is projected for 26 points, a goal of 31 and optimality of 34%. Assuming he gets at least a mild bump up to 32 minutes, he could play upwards of 36 or more, but there are a couple of other guys that could soak up the time. Quickley is projected for around 0.85 fantasy points per minute, with 18% usage, 13 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and a little over a stock. He faces a difficult matchup against Cleveland, but the minutes are likely to be there.

3. Jarrett Allen, Cleveland Cavaliers

Allen is projected for 38 fantasy points and is in an optimal lineup 39% of the time. Allen played a lot in Game 1 and could get up to 40 minutes, but he is currently projected for 37. At $7,200, averages a fantasy point per minute and projects for 17% usage, 15 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and two stocks. The flexibility with Allen is unmatched, and without foul trouble, he is going to be out there for as long as possible.

2. Evan Mobley, Cleveland Cavaliers

As a power forward and center, Mobley offers great flexibility to a fantasy lineup. Projected for 40.5 fantasy points at a cost of $7,500, Mobley has an optimal lineup rate of 37%. His minutes ceiling is high, and he is a little over a fantasy point per minute, projecting for 17 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and 2.5 stocks. Mobley shares the same matchup against the Knicks as Allen, and both Cleveland bigs should be on the radar for fantasy players.

1. Darius Garland, Cleveland Cavaliers

Garland is a point guard projected for 41 fantasy points and is in the optimal lineup 39% of the time. Despite his performance in Game 1, Garland averages a fantasy point per minute and has shown great potential, projecting for 23 points, eight assists, 3.5 rebounds, and a stock and a half. Facing the Knicks, who are without Josh Hart, Garland has a good opportunity to put up some strong numbers. While the top three guys on the Cleveland Cavaliers look like solid picks, the optimal odds suggest that it is most likely that one or two of these players will anchor the best lineup.
