We understand not everyone looking for NFL lineup advice has the time to watch every show, read every breakdown and input data into optimizers. Perhaps you’re still getting a feel for NFL DFS and aren’t quite ready to give NFL Sims a try ahead of Thursday Night Football’s game between the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys.

We used Lineup Generator to see what players we’d see most often in our builds in Week 13 TNF. It’s a tool that has proven to be quite popular with our community, and one that has driven results.

NFL DFS Lineup Advice for Week 13 TNF | Lineup GeneratorÂ
First, you’ll choose the DFS slate of your choice: DraftKings Main, DraftKings Showdown, FanDuel Main or FanDuel Single Game. Then it’s time to let Lineup Generator know what kind of build you’re going for: All, Chalky, Balanced or Contrarian.
For this Seahawks/Cowboys Thursday Night primetime game, we chose the DraftKings Showdown slate and decided to focus on All lineups.
Lastly, we pick our preferred game scenario and adjust as desired. We can also use standard projections, which we’ll select for TNF. As of now, the Cowboys are favored by nine points and the game’s total is at 47.5 points.
We’re done with our initial inputs and can now generate +EV Thursday Night Football DraftKings Showdown lineups.
Once on the NFL Lineup Generator, we can change between builds, swap out players, and save along the way, and we can navigate through a summary screen featuring player and stack exposures, along with more detailed information on each individual lineup.
Here’s a look at the highest exposures for the first 20 lineups we saved:
CeeDee Lamb is our highest owned player at 60% ownership. He’s been a force to be reckoned with throughout the 2023 NFL season, and even at his $11,400 DraftKings salary, it’s going to be hard to stay away from him entirely.
According to Stokastic’s top scorer probabilities for Thursday night, Lamb has the highest top scorer probability at 29.6% and he’s showing as the optimal captain 15.0% of the time and as optimal in the UTIL at a 53.3% clip. We have to figure ownership will be high, but Lamb is still carrying positive leverage (2.1%) for this matchup with the Seahawks.
Below Lamb, Tony Pollard and Dak Prescott are in 55% and 50% of our 20 saved lineups respectively. Pollard is $9,800 and has a 12.9% top scorer probability for this DraftKings DFS showdown slate, while Prescott is $11,000 and is at a 21.2% top scorer probability.
The most popular Seahawks in our first saved run are Geno Smith ($9,200) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($5,200), who are both in 40% of the Lineup Generator teams we selected. D.K. Metcalf is in a quarter of the lineups at $9,600, while fellow wideout Tyler Lockett is at 20% rostership at $7,200.
With Kenneth Walker listed as doubtful and not expected to play, Zach Charbonnet ($6,800 on DraftKings) should continue to take on more backfield work, and he’s at 25% ownership from our saved teams while owning a 4.7% top scorer probability, 9.0% optimal captain rate and 38.7% optimal UTIL rate.
The top values in our Lineup Generator pool are Michael Gallup ($3,800), Jalen Tolbert ($3,000) and Colby Parkinson ($800), all of whom are at 20% ownership.
As we’ve mentioned, Stokastic’s Showdown / Single Game tool lists optimal lineup rates (for both CPT and FLEX) on top of ownership projections and leverage scores, so let’s see else what stands out in that data.
For Thursday night, Stokastic’s highest optimal lineup rates on DraftKings at captain belong to Lamb (15.0%), Pollard (9.4%) and Charbonnet (9.0%), who just edges out Prescott (8.5%) and Smith-Njigba (8.4%) in the data.
With that in mind, who is showing up most at CPT for our Lineup Generator run? It’s actually the two quarterbacks who are most popular in our captain spot, with Prescott ($16,500) at 20% and Smith ($13,800) at 15%.
Jake Ferguson is worth highlighting too, as he’s populating as the optimal captain 7.3% of the time based on Stokastic’s DraftKings NFL DFS Showdown simulations, ranking him higher than the likes of Smith, Metcalf and Lockett in that regard.
The Cowboys’ tight end has a 27.3% optimal UTIL rate and a positive leverage mark of 3.8% for the time being — for our Lineup Generator lineups he’s at 15% ownership in the UTIL and 10% ownership at the CPT spot.
Of course, we can’t forget about kickers and D/ST in Showdown and Single Game formats.
As you can see in the top player exposures image above, Cowboys D/ST ($5,600) is a pretty popular option at 30% ownership from our saved lineups, though the same can’t be said for the Seahawks D/ST, who didn’t crack one of the teams.
At kicker, Dallas’ Brandon Aubrey ($4,800) is at 10% ownership from our saves. He has a 21.6% optimal UTIL rate, while Seattle’s Jason Myers ($4,400) is at an 18.0% optimal UTIL rate for Thursday night.
As a reminder, these exposures are based on our chosen settings from the beginning of the process.
