NFL DFS Picks Week 14: Building the Perfect DraftKings Lineup with Sims and Strategy

Not every week sets up cleanly, and Week 14 might be one of the strangest slates of the season. The good news is slates like this are where edges live. In this week’s Perfect Lineup, we built multiple tournament-ready NFL DFS core picks, ran them through the Single Lineup Simulator, and searched for the mix of projection, leverage, and ceiling that defines the NFL DFS perfect lineup.

Lineup 1: Josh Allen and the Chalk Core

Sometimes you start with the obvious and then you get creative. We opened with Josh Allen in a game projected for 54.5 points and added Ja’Marr Chase on the run-back.

Tight end was the key differentiator. With Dalton Kincaid uncertain, the pivot to Dawson Knox at just $2,800 offered salary relief and ownership leverage in a high-total matchup. Add Bucky Irving, who handled 17 touches in his return from injury, and the lineup mixed chalky volume with sneaky value.

Lineup 2: Seattle Bounce-Back Stack

After a flat Week 13, the Seahawks draw a better setup. We built around Sam Darnold, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and A.J. Barner, capitalizing on a condensed passing attack and cheap tight end value.

Tight end options are thin this week, and using Barner as a stack attachment freed salary for premium skill players such as Kenneth Walker and Aaron Jones. The resulting three-man Seattle stack, combined with Chris Olave and Jaylen Waddle, carried balance and ownership relief.

Lineup 3: Joe Burrow Leverage Play

The final build flipped the most popular game on its head. Rather than rostering Allen, we attacked the same matchup from the other side with Joe Burrow and Chase, running it back with James Cook and Khalil Shakir.

The logic was simple: If Buffalo scores but Allen doesn’t run for touchdowns, Cook and Shakir can soak up the production while Burrow and Chase handle volume on the Bengals’ side. The result is a creative, correlated four-man game stack.
