The Lions have the best odds of being the top overall stack in the Stokastic Top Stacks tool, and Jared Goff has the second-best projection of any quarterback on the slate. Goff has a great matchup with a Bears defense ranked 29th in pass DVOA.
Running Back: Devin Singletary, Houston Texans

It is rare to see a player with one of the best projections on the entire slate priced below $2, but that’s what we have with Singletary this week. Singletary has the third-best projection of any running back on the slate, and the two projected better — Christian McCaffrey and Austin Ekeler — are significantly more expensive. Fresh off a week in which he got 30 carries, Singletary is taking on a Cardinals defense ranked 28th in run DVOA.
Wide Receiver: Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions

Core Floor Price: $6.99
St. Brown has the fourth-best projection of any receiver on the slate and makes for a great stacking partner with Goff. If the Goff-St. Brown stack is more expensive than you’d like, Sam LaPorta is also a great stacking option at a nice price point. LaPorta’s rookie card currently has a floor price of just $2.17.
