Tonight, there are plenty of NBA player props on the board, and we’ll find some of the best player props to bet tonight. With New York mobile betting now legal, we’ll be focusing on the biggest star for the New York Knicks — Julius Randle. Using the OddsShopper expert projections, these are the best NBA player props for Randle in the Knicks vs. Celtics game tonight.

Best Julius Randle NBA Player Props Bets Today | New York Online Sports Betting
Julius Randle, Under 21.5 Points (-110)
Awesemo Projections | 19.2 |
Expected ROI | 25% |
Expected Win | 66% |
The best Julius Randle prop we have on the board right now is his under for points. We have this prop hitting at a 66% rate tonight as Randle is projected for only 19.2 points. He has had success against the Celtics this season scoring 25.7 points per game, but he is only shooting 39.4% from the field. Randle’s numbers against the Celtics are a little bit inflated as their first game of the season was against the Celtics that went into double overtime with Randle playing 46 minutes and scoring a season-high 35 points.
Despite being one of the most disappointing teams in the league this season, the Celtics have still been solid defensively. They rank eighth in Defensive Rating this season and have allowed only 106.9 points per game. The Celtics have also allowed the sixth fewest points scored in the paint with 42.9 per game. Randle leads the Knicks this season in points with 19.6 and usage rate with 27.8% per game. The Knicks are only implied to score 100.5 points tonight. Randle will be aggressive, but this is a tough scoring matchup. Based on our Awesemo projections, I would consider taking this prop if it got down to 20.5 points.

Julius Randle, Over 8.5 Rebounds (-141)
Awesemo Projections | 9.8 |
Expected ROI | 15% |
Expected Win | 65% |
This is where I want to target a Julius Randle over prop. Randle has been an absolute monster on the glass this season and recently. He is averaging double digit rebounds for the second-straight season. Randle leads the Knicks with 10.1 rebounds per game, which is really close to his career-high numbers. Randle has had nine or more rebounds in eight of his last nine games. During that stretch Randle has averaged 11.3 rebounds per game. He may have trouble scoring, but Randle should clean up the glass.
The Celtics are a middle-of-the-road to below average rebounding team. They rank tied for 13th in Rebounding Percentage this season and have allowed 45.6 rebounds per game to their opponent which is the 11th-most in the league. The Celtics frontcourt is finally healthy, but Randle will play so many minutes that he will have plenty of opportunities to get over 8.5 rebounds. This season, Randle has had nine or more rebounds in 23 of his 37 games played which results in a 62.2% hit percentage. I would consider taking this over prop at 9.5 as well seeing as though Randle has had 10 or more rebounds in four of his last five games.

Julius Randle, Under 4.5 Assists (-115)
Awesemo Projections | 5.0 |
Expected ROI | -13% |
Expected Win | 44% |
Going against the grain a little bit with this Julius Randle assist prop. After averaging a career-high 6.0 assists per game last season, Randle has taken a bit of a dip this season. He is still averaging a healthy 4.9 assists per game, but has been struggling dropping dimes lately. Randle has had five or more assists just once in his last seven games.
The Celtics do a fantastic job eliminating opposing teams assists. They allow only 21.6 per game which is second-best to the Warriors. A big reason for this is they make opposing teams play one-on-one and they trust their defensive stoppers. Per Cleaning the Glass, The Celtics lineup of Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, and Robert Williams ranks as the best lineup in the league defending the rim and eighth best in effective field goal percentage allowing only 45.7%. They also allow 9.2% isolation plays which ranks fourth in the league in frequency. This feeds right into Randle’s game as he has an isolation frequency of 21.2% which ranks third-highest in the league. Assists will be tough to come by for not only Randle, but for the Knicks.
