NBA Big $$$ Parlay Picks Friday 4/22/22

For one of the first times in these NBA playoffs outside of the Dallas Mavericks, injuries are at the forefront of tonight’s slate. Both Khris Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns are going to be missing for the next couple of weeks, at a minimum. That opens new paths to make picks for an NBA parlay this evening with all three games having a spread of under three points.

Friday is a perfect opportunity to use Awesemo OddsShopper to build some of the best NBA picks and parlays today. Using this fantastic site can help place smart wagers in an easy-to-use fashion and maximize the ROI on the wagers. It is truly betting made simple since you can find the best bet in 30 seconds or less. Take these NBA betting today, then head to OddsShopper and find your best odds.

Best NBA Picks and Parlays Tonight

The first step is locating the new Parlay Builder tab on the OddsShopper home page, which is very simple to do. After that, the user can customize to their heart’s content. OddsShopper offers the parlay bets by state, sportsbooks and a variety of parlays. This article will be featuring the Prop Party Parlay, which gives up to five player prop bets that will give you the best chance to win based on our Awesemo simulations. The prop party is the most popular betting combo within the Awesemo community and Alex “Awesemo” Baker, the world’s No. 1 daily fantasy player, uses these almost exclusively when he is looking for an edge. It is always a smart idea to bet each wager as a solo piece as a way to build the bankroll. Parlays by their nature are harder to hit, which is why the reward is so large. Friday’s version of the Prop Party features three wagers as of 12:15 p.m. on the FanDuel Sportsbook, so be sure to check for any updates.

Trae Young Over 27.5 Points

There is no getting around that Trae Young faces a very tough defense when his Atlanta Hawks face the Miami Heat in Game 3 tonight, as Miami has held Young to just 11-for-32 from the floor so far. That includes two for 17 from 3 and even in the face of a team that is tied for the second-best defensive rating through the first two playoff games at 100.0, the volume for Young is too much. He scored 25 points in the last game even with poor shooting from 3, and Miami has continued their trend of a high frequency allowed at 46.9%. Like most players, Young shot the ball better at home and hit his 3-point attempts at a 41.4% clip in Atlanta as opposed to 35% on the road. OddsShopper has an expected win rate of 58% and the Hawks will be looking to Young to lead them in this game to not go down 3-0 in the series.

DeMar DeRozan Over 29.5 Points

The sportsbooks did react to the huge game from DeMar DeRozan in Game 2 when he scored 41 points in a win for the Chicago Bulls, but perhaps not enough. The expected win rate is a true coin flip from OddsShopper at 50% but the volume for DeRozan so far has just been astronomical. He leads the playoffs with 28 field goal attempts per game and his 39.3% shooting rate is dragged down by Game 1 when he shot six for 25. That did not deter him in the least as he took another 31 attempts in Game 2 and hit 16 of them. That is not even out of line for him since he shot 50% on the nose from the floor this season and the Bucks are bottom 12 in field goal rate allowed in the zones where DeRozan lives. He is the king of the mid-range and took the majority of his attempts between 10 and 19 feet away from the basket. The Bucks losing Middleton does not exactly help either. This was expected by the majority of media to be a quick series but the Bulls are putting up a fight and heading home in tonight’s Game 3.

Jae Crowder Over 9.5 Points

When a player of Booker’s caliber only plays 25 minutes, that leaves the door wide open for other players to take more shot attempts just like Jae Crowder did in Game 2 against the New Orleans Pelicans. Crowder took 11 shots from the field but only made two of them and scored just five points. He averaged 9.2 points on the season and that is even though Crowder did not even average 10 field goal attempts per game. He shot 34% from 3 and should have an opportunity to shoot four or five times from that distance tonight. The Suns will require all their role players to step up and help chip in for Booker’s absence in what suddenly is a critical Game 3 in the series. Crowder himself has an expected win rate of 53% from OddsShopper and the Awesemo Parlay Calculator shows a return of +564 on these picks for the NBA parlay.
