Trea Turner
FD: $4300
DK: $4400

With the second highest implied total of the main slate, the Nationals have a few guys I’m trying to grab. Trea Turner is at the top of the Nats line-up and the top of my Spotlight Hitters list. I love locking down shortstop with a talented guy like Turner. He’ll have a chance at some extra plate appearances, which means he’ll have more chances to be driven in by guys like Bryce Harper.

Wilmer Flores
FD: $2200
DK: $3000

I originally liked Flores yesterday when Newcomb was scheduled to pitch, but it looks like we just needed to bump it one day. Flores is a bargain on both sites, but he’s especially tasty on FanDuel where he’s priced $200 above minimum. He has significant platoon splits, crushing lefties with a .502 SLG and .234 ISO in his career. It’s hard to pass on this price.

Adam Duvall
FD: $2800
DK: $3700

Most of the implied totals on the main slate are in a similar range, so price becomes significantly more important. Duvall is priced nicely for his righty/lefty match-up against Wade Miley and the Brewers. Duvall has pop versus lefties, as evidenced by his .482 SLG and .238 ISO for his career. Plus, he’s expected to hit directly behind Joey Votto, which should create some RBI opportunities.
