Happ is my top pitcher of the day on both sites. The Blue Jays have the best chance at a win, which is always helpful. Rangers bats currently rank 23rd in baseball in wRC+ versus lefties, sporting a .307 OBP, .385 SLG and .151 ISO. I expect Happ to cruise, with very little to deal with from the right side of the plate.
Luke Weaver

I love Luke Weaver tonight if you’re trying to save some salary on either DraftKings or FanDuel. I believe he’s slightly under-priced for his match-up. Weaver has good stuff, with a projected 9.3 K/9 via Steamer. I’m a believe in Weaver this afternoon at this price point.
Robbie Ray

If I’m paying up for a pitcher, the first guy I’m looking at is Robbie Ray. While there’s definitely some risk in taking a pitcher against the Nationals line-up, I do see some signs this could be a nice spot. Ray obviously has elite swing and miss stuff, so I don’t need to speak too much there. The Nationals are currently 26th in baseball in their hard contact% against lefties. I’m looking for that trend to continue today.
