It will be a great night of NBA action on this 10-game Dream11 Friday slate. When creating lineups, it’s important to find value spots that open up space for getting the superstars. Below are a few of my favorite plays for Dream11 daily fantasy lineups based on Awesemo’s grades and values.
Dream11 NBA Picks: Awesemo Grades | March 19
PG Jordan Poole – 6.5 Credits, 31.82 Projected Points
Stephen Curry is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game, so Poole is expected to fill in his vacated role. Poole, listed as a point guard on Dream11 as opposed to a shooting guard on some of the more traditional sites, has stepped up his scoring of late. Despite not exceeding 30 minutes yet, he is scoring like he’s playing more minutes.
Poole scored a season-high 23 points in the Warriors’ last game. Awesemo has him projected for 29 minutes tonight, which would his most of the season. Look for Poole to take control of the offense in what could very well end up being a high-scoring game.
PF Robert Williams – 9 Credits, 24.28 Projected Points
Williams has been a dominant force recently for the Celtics, posting two double-doubles over the last three games. The only “down” game in that span saw him fall 1 rebound shy of the accomplishment.
Tonight’s matchup against the Kings is favorable in every way considering this is the worst defensive team in the NBA. Centers in particular do damage against them. Tristan Thompson is still away from the Celtics due to COVID-19 protocols. As long as he is out of the lineup, Williams will continue to feast.
C Nicolas Claxton – 4.5 Credits, 26.39 Projected Points
I wrote Claxton up on Wednesday and have no problem doing it again here in a great matchup against the Magic. Not only is it a great matchup, but the Nets are favored by 10.5 points on the road tonight. If that spread is any indication of how the game will go, Claxton could get some extra minutes in garbage time at the end.
In Brooklyn’s last game, Claxton played a season-high 23 minutes and even closed out the game. He still has some time to make a dent in the Nets rotation before Kevin Durant and Blake Griffin return to the court.
