Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. Wizards: $11,000/$11,300

28.1% DraftKings Boom/35.3% FanDuel Boom

All that Giannis needs in this game is minutes. With Milwaukee struggling to cover the three, it’s possible Bradley Beal and other get hot, keeping this game competitive. There isn’t anyone on the Wizards that is capable of guarding Giannis, so he should be incredibly efficient per minute. We could easily see a two-fantasy-point-per-minute night. In a competitive game where he plays 33-plus minutes, we’re sitting good. Giannis is a high-ceiling, high-floor option tonight, based purely on game flow.

Kyle Lowry vs. Hornets: $8,700/$8,400

25.8% DraftKings Boom/35.3% FanDuel Boom

The Toronto Raptors enter this game without three of their starter again, due to health protocols. This alone gives Kyle Lowry a high floor, making him relatively safe for cash games. However, facing LaMelo Ball and the Hornets, Lowry could get hot against a defense that can really struggle at times. If he decides to be aggressive offensively, we could get a “boom” performance from Lowry.

Enes Kanter vs. Timberwolves: $7,200/$6,800

24.4% DraftKings Boom/42.3% FanDuel Boom

Anyone who plays the Timberwolves has high upside, given they are facing a fast-paced team that struggles on defense. Portland is one of the few teams with a worse defensive efficiency rating than Minnesota, which could keep this game competitive. Enes Kanter has high-point double-double upside here. He has averaged 12.6 rebounds over his past three starts against the Wolves. That feels about right for tonight. If he puts up double-digit shot attempts for the third game in a row, he has a good chance at being a top tournament play in the projections.

NBA DraftKings + FanDuel Bust Candidates

Tyrese Haliburton vs. Hawks: $6,200/$7,300

77.5% DraftKings Bust/84.3% FanDuel Bust

Tyrese Haliburton returned to the Kings’ lineup last game, after missing a few with a calf injury. He played just 18 minutes, making him a bust. Part of the reason for this was the blowout, but it’s also possible the Kings will monitor his minutes slightly. Haliburton is projected for 29.5 minutes today. The Kings backcourt is also fully healthy, which means the rookie looks to be slightly overpriced right now, especially on FanDuel.
