NBA Betting Prediction: NBA Player Props | April 26

Khem Birch Over 6.5 Rebounds

Khem Birch NBA betting picks NBA player props NBA prediction

Birch signed with the Raptors after being waived by the Magic earlier this season. He now suddenly finds himself playing a crucial role as the team’s primary center. A knee injury to Chris Boucher has left Birch and Pascal Siakam to carry the load in Toronto’s frontcourt. This development hasn’t quite been adjusted for enough by the NBA betting oddsmakers, leading to value on Birch’s total rebounds prop for tonight’s game.

The Latest Sports Betting Content from Stokastic Odds

On the season, Birch is averaging 6.3 rebounds per game, a mark just under the NBA betting line of 6.5 for today’s game. However, he will undoubtedly see a higher minutes total than the 26.3 he has averaged on the year. Birch has grabbed six or more rebounds in six consecutive games, finishing with seven in each of the last two. The Raptors will face a Cavaliers team on Monday that doesn’t rank much better than Toronto in terms of rebounding. Look for Birch to have an impact and play over 6.5 boards for the former UNLV standout.

Chris Paul Under 8.5 Assists

Chris Paul NBA betting picks NBA player props

It is no secret that Chris Paul is one of the best passers in the NBA. He ranks fifth in the league in assists per game, averaging 8.7 this season. He has been a huge difference maker in Phoenix just as he was in Oklahoma City. But will he manage to surpass his season assists average and tonight’s prop total of 8.5? The Awesemo NBA Betting Player Props Tool doesn’t think so.

Chris Paul NBA betting NBA player props

Although Paul has come up just shy of the NBA betting line of 8.5 assists in the past few games, he has fallen short nonetheless. Only once in the last five games has Chris Paul had more than eight assists. With tonight’s wager essentially being on whether Paul can exceed his per-game average, it also makes sense to look at the Suns’ opponent. That just so happens to be the red-hot Knicks. Winners of nine straight, the Knicks also lead the league in scoring defense, surrendering just 104.7 points per game. If Paul couldn’t go over this line in the last three games, it makes sense to bet that he will come in under once again against the top defense in the NBA.

As displayed in the image of the OddsShopper Tool above, this line has even moved to 9.5 at a few sportsbooks in the NBA betting market. Although betting the under at that number would require laying more juice, bettors have options on which line to attack at this point in time.

Bojan Bogdanovic Over 2.5 Made 3-Pointers

It has been a wildly inconsistent season for Bogdanovic. Known for being one of the sharpest shooters from 3-point range in the NBA, he has been streaky all season long. His 38.7% shooting from deep on the season is below his career average of 39.3%. Even though it has been a bit of a rough year, there’s good reason to bet him to hit more than 2.5 triples in tonight’s game.

This evening will see Bogdanovic and the Jazz take on the Timberwolves for the second consecutive game. The Wolves are the NBA’s worst 3-point defense on the season, as opponents have hit 39.8% of their shots beyond the arc. Bogdanovic was one to benefit from Minnesota’s defensive woes in the last game on Saturday. He shot 7-for-13 from deep in what ultimately turned into a 30-point outing. It was also his third game in the last four where he finished with three or more made triples. It is impossible not to back Bogdanovic again given the opponent and his recent form.
