NBA DFS Value and Advice | April 12
Chicago Bulls vs. Toronto Raptors
Zach LaVine, Nikola Vucevic and DeMar DeRozan are all strong mid-range plays for the Bulls. The trio is capable of putting up solid fantasy numbers and should be considered for lineups. Patrick Beverley and Alex Caruso are both reasonable value options for the Bulls. They offer decent upside potential while also saving salary cap space. Coby White and Patrick Williams are not receiving much ownership, but they could potentially outscore Beverley or Caruso. Nevertheless, prioritize Beverley and Caruso first.
Jakob Poeltl and Gary Trent Jr. are mispriced on DraftKings and could offer great value. Poeltl is only priced at $5,700 and Trent is priced at $4,200, making them both great value picks. Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siakam and Scottie Barnes are all expected to play significant minutes and are strong mid-range plays for the Raptors. Pascal Siakam is currently projected to be the least owned out of that group, and he appears to be going under-owned in tournaments. Similarly, O.G. Anunoby is only projected for 6.5% ownership on DraftKings compared to Barnes, who is projected for 34.6% ownership at the same price point.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. New Orleans Pelicans
Luguentz Dort is projected to receive the most ownership from the Thunder, as he is only priced at $5,400 and is expected to be on the court for a lot of minutes to slow down Brandon Ingram and/or C.J. McCollum. Isaiah Joe and Jalen Williams are both pulling 20% to 25% ownership and are decent plays at $4,100 and $6,700, respectively. However, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey are the most reliable players for the Thunder, but they are relatively difficult to fit into lineups due to the lack of cheap value. That said, both players are projected to be under-owned in tournaments, so it may be worth the effort to get to them in GPPs.
The Pelicans look great across the board, with Ingram playing huge minutes and the entire offense running through him since his return from injury. Ingram is a must-have for lineups. McCollum also averaged about a fantasy point per minute in this recent stretch and is likely to approach 40 minutes. Willie Green has been using Herbert Jones as a wing who should play a lot of minutes for defensive reasons. Larry Nance Jr. is questionable tonight, but if he sits, Jonas Valanciunas’ playing time looks better. If Nance plays, he could get a lot of playing time for him against a small Oklahoma City team. Josh Richardson and Naji Marshall offer some cheap value as well.
