Kevin Gausman rarely gets recognized as one of the top strikeout arms in baseball, but he has been just that in the last three seasons. He leads the American League in strikeouts with 183 on the year. The next-closest pitchers to Gausman in the American League are Gerrit Cole and Shohei Ohtani, who have 166 and 165 strikeouts, respectively. Gausman trails only Spencer Strider for the most whiffs in the majors.
