Let’s dig into some of the best UFC betting picks for UFC 267: Blachowicz vs. Teixeira.

How to Bet UFC 267: Expert UFC Betting Picks Tonight

Jan Blachowicz vs. Glover Teixeira

After losing to Corey Anderson in what seemed like the twilight of his career at 42 years old, Teixeira has ripped off five straight victories to earn a title shot against Blachowicz. Blachowicz is currently as high as a -335 favorite at some books, and while Blachowicz is a great fighter, it is hard to agree with this line. The line feels very wide, and Glover is live to win the belt as long as he avoids getting knocked out. Both fighters are good submission grapplers, but Teixeira will have the advantage on the mat. His path to victory is to get Blachowicz down and employ submissions or ground and pound. Submitting Blachowicz may be a tough test, but Glover by submission is +750 on FanDuel, and that seems wide as well. It is possible that Blachowicz will defend takedowns, land takedowns of his own and beat up Teixeira, but over the course of five rounds Glover will have his moments. The appeal to this bet is how big an underdog Teixeira is. Getting +270 feels like an amazing price for a fighter that should be in the +175 range.

The Bet: Glover Teixeira (+270, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Alexander Volkov vs. Marcin Tybura

Volkov is 3-3 in his last six UFC fights, but his losses have come against top-level competition like Derek Lewis, Curtis Blaydes and current interim heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane. Tybura has won five straight UFC fights, but the level of competition he has faced is nothing compared to the gauntlet that Volkov has gone through. This is the toughest test of Tybura’s career, one that he may not pass. Volkov is huge for the division at 6-foot-7 and usually weighing around the heavyweight limit of 266 pounds. Tybura weighed in under 250 pounds, so Volkov will have a massive size advantage. Volkov will want to keep the fight at range and use his devastating jab. Tybura will want to take the fight to the mat, and he may have limited success, but if Volkov gets taken down, he will work his way back to his feet. Volkov is -290 on the moneyline, which is a bit wider than one would like, so adding in a double-chance TKO to lower the odds slightly to -250 helps. If Volkov wins by submission, it would be a shock.

The Bet: Alexander Volkov Double Chance by TKO or Points (-250, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Khamzat Chimaev vs. Li Jingliang

Chimaev is returning after a bout with long COVID. He has taken 13 months off to recover, and hopefully he can return to the fighter he was prior to COVID. In 2020 Chimaev fought three times, winning all three fights inside the distance and twice inside the first round at both 185 pounds and 170 pounds. This fight with Jingliang will be at 170 pounds, Chimaev’s best weight class. Jingliang is not a slouch in his own right, winning three of his last four UFC fights, and all have come by TKO. However, it is hard to favor Jingliang anywhere in this fight. Chimaev is better in every regard, and Vegas agrees, lining Chimaev as a massive -600 favorite. Where the odds end up in bettors’ favor is round props. Betting under 2.5 rounds in this fight is -225, but playing the fight to not start Round 3 drops the odds to -158. Chimaev has not seen a third round since entering the UFC, and Jingliang will bring the fight to him, so expect someone to get finished early.

The Bet: Chimaev/Jingliang Fight Will Not Start Round 3 (-158, FanDuel Sportsbook)
