Kevin Durant vs. Wizards: $10,100/$10,600

39.2% DraftKings Boom/41.1% FanDuel Boom

Heading to play in Washington D.C., which is where Kevin Durant grew up, he will also be facing off against a bad Wizards team. On top of that, James Harden has already been ruled out, which means it’s back to Durant and Kyrie Irving doing everything for this offense. It should result in a nice fantasy day for both players. While the Russell Westbrook-Durant feud appears to be over on the outside, I’m sure there’s a little extra motivation from both today. Given the increased usage and overall increase in motivating factors, Durant appears to be one of the best plays of the day.

Domantas Sabonis vs. 76ers: $9,100/$9,100

25.0% DraftKings Boom/31.6% FanDuel Boom

Domantas Sabonis has seen his price drop, which is all we need to know for why he has such high boom potential today. Sabonis is a do-it-all player for this Pacers team, being only four assists from back-to-back triple-doubles last time out. Because of this, he is matchup-proof, has an extremely high floor and also has zero ceiling. In a pace-up spots against the fifth-fastest team in the Sixers, Sabonis will have an increased chance of stats. This game has the second-highest total and closest spread of the slate, so expect Sabonis to see plenty of floor time in this matchup.

Aaron Gordon vs. Raptors: $7,000/$5,500

21.8% DraftKings Boom/58.8% FanDuel Boom

Aaron Gordon has been a bust his past two outings, which has led to his price dropping. While he may be at risk of putting up a third stinker on DraftKings, his upside is high and his price on FanDuel is too good to ignore. It is a positive matchup for Gordon, and his efficiency shooting the ball should be at least better than his last two games (combined 5-22). Orlando also has the advantage in rebounding rate over Toronto, meaning Gordon has the chance to get back to filling up the stat sheet.

NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings + FanDuel Bust Candidates

Lou Williams vs. Knicks: $4,600/$5,200

88.3% DraftKings Bust/90.7% FanDuel Bust

There is a lot to dislike about Lou Williams this season, but especially today. Paul George and Kawhi Leonard made their returns last game, which alone has typically made Williams useless this season. On top of that, the matchup is terrible. The New York Knicks have the slowest pace in the league, and they are also playing decent defense. The ceiling seems very low for Williams today.
