NFL DFS Picks: Quarterback

Malik Willis (Tennessee) – Ryan Tannehill doesn’t project to play, leaving Malik Willis and Will Levis. Both are solid plays, but Willis provides superior rushing. Expecting a half here.

Zach Wilson (New York Jets) – Aaron Rodgers isn’t expected to play and Chris Streveler hit injured reserve. Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle should dominate playing time.

Max Duggan (LA Chargers) – Justin Herbert will not play, leaving Easton Stick and rookie Max Duggan to battle for backup duties. Duggan has strong mobility.

Matt Corral (Carolina) – Bryce Young will play in this game, but the Panthers reportedly want to take a long look at second year signal caller Matt Corral here. He should play around a half.

Matt Barkley (Buffalo) – Josh Allen won’t play, leaving Kyle Allen and Matt Barkley. Neither rushes much, but expecting around a half for both.

Will Grier (Dallas) – Dak Prescott isn’t projected to play much, leaving Cooper Rush and Will Grier to handle most of the snaps.

NFL DFS Picks: Running Back

Trey Sermon (Philadelphia) – Don’t expect to see much Kenny Gainwell, Rashaad Penny, or D’Andre Swift. Trey Sermon and Kennedy Brooks will battle for a roster spot.

Evan Hull & Jake Funk (Indianapolis) – The Colts are thin at running back, with Zack Moss, Deon Jackson, and Zavier Scott injured. Evan Hull and Jake Funk should dominate opportunities.

Darrynton Evans (Buffalo) –Damien Harris is injured. James Cook and Latavius Murray already carved out roles. Darrynton Evans should play quite a bit in the second half.

Roschon Johnson (Chicago) – Travis Homer isn’t expected to play much here. Roschon Johnson is a rookie out of Texas with strong pass catching ability.

Raheem Blackshear (Carolina) – Miles Sanders won’t play here, leaving four backs.

Tyjae Spears (Tennessee) – Derrick Henry won’t play here, leaving four backs.

Deuce Vaughn (Dallas) – Tony Pollard and Ronald Jones won’t play, leaving four backs. Rico Dowdle and Malik Davis are also options in a thin backfield.

Keaton Mitchell (Baltimore) – JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards won’t play. Keaton Mitchell is a rookie out of East Carolina, who projects to play often.

Isaiah Spiller (LA Chargers) – The Chargers have five backs active, but Joshua Kelley and Isaiah Spiller continue to battle for backup duties.

Zach Evans (LA Rams) – Cam Akers won’t play, leaving just four backs here.

NFL DFS Picks: Wide Receiver

Jason Brownlee & Xavier Gipson (New York Jets) – The Jets project to have the fewest active receivers with none of the starters and veterans playing.

Joseph Ngata (Philadelphia) – The Eagles only have nine receivers today and Joseph Ngata continues to push for a roster spot.

Puka Nacua (LA Rams) – The Rams have 11 healthy receivers, but Puka Nacua is a player the Rams want to evaluate.

Derius Davis (LA Chargers) – The Chargers only project for eight healthy receivers. Derius Davis will receiver ample run as a potential field stretcher for this team.

Shi Smith (Carolina) – Carolina has ten receivers, but Shi Smith has been having a solid camp.

Jalen Brooks (Dallas) – Dallas has nine receivers.  Jalen Brooks will battle players like Jalen Cropper for a roster spot.

Tylan Wallace (Baltimore) – Baltimore has nine receivers, but more of a log-jam for snaps.

NFL DFS Picks: Tight End

Charlie Kolar (Baltimore) – Baltimore is carrying just four tight ends and two are Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely. Neither projects for significant work here.

Hunter Kampmoyer (LA Chargers) – Led the Chargers in snaps last preseason. Gerald Everett and Donald Parham project to sit.

Zack Kuntz (New York Jets) – The Jets only have four tight ends and Zack Kuntz led the position in snaps in the Hall of Fame game.
