Week 6 NFL DFS Top Team Stack: Los Angeles Rams

Checking out Stokastic’s Week 6 NFL DFS team stacks tool, we find the Rams in pole position in team stackability on DraftKings and FanDuel, with an overall rating of 32 on DK and 35 on FD.

It was a disappointing home loss to the Eagles last week, but Los Angeles is in a prime position to get back to its winning ways in Week 6 at home against Arizona. Current NFL odds have the Rams favored by a touchdown with an implied team total of 28 points, the second-most on the main slate. Matthew Stafford is near the top of boom probability ratings at quarterback at his salaries of $6,100 on DraftKings and $7,300 on FanDuel, and he has two great stacking partners in Cooper Kupp (12.3% DK boom probability) and Puka Nacua (10.2% boom probability). Kupp picked up right where he left off in his season debut, playing 95% of the snaps and finishing with eight receptions for 118 yards.

Taking a closer look at the various player and team props at OddsShopper, Stafford has a yardage prop of 280.5 and Kupp has a receiving yardage prop in the 86.5 to 88.5 range depending on the book, while Nacua is right around 65.5 yards.

Top Stack Probability on DraftKings: 18.0%
Top Stack Probability on FanDuel: 15.7%
Top Value Probability on DraftKings: 11.7%
Top Value Probability on FanDuel: 12.2%
Expected Rush Percentage: 40.5%

Week 6 NFL DFS Top Team Stack: Miami Dolphins

We’re likely to see the Dolphins highlighted somewhere in this article whenever they’re listed on the main slate. They put 30+ points again in Week 5, topping the Giants 31-16 to move to 4-1 on the season, and now will get set to host the Panthers in Week 6. At time of writing, Miami is implied for 30.75 points, the most of any team on the NFL schedule this week.

Tua Tagovailoa is already up to 1,614 passing yards (322.8 per game) on the year, and Tyreek Hill (14.0% boom probability on DraftKings) has been the primary beneficiary with 36 catches on 49 targets for 651 yards and five touchdowns through five games. Jaylen Waddle (4.9% boom probability) has yet to have a spike week in 2023, though you’d think that’s coming sooner rather than later, and the tandem of Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane has been lethal out of the backfield. Achane picked up an injury this past weekend, so Mostert figures to get most of the work there.

The Dolphins have been one of the best teams to stack throughout the early part of the season and have the second-highest top stack probability on DraftKings in Week 6 (15.8%). They have the third-highest overall rating on DK behind the Rams and Bengals and are second on FanDuel.

Top Stack Probability on DraftKings: 15.8%
Top Stack Probability on FanDuel: 12.1%
Top Value Probability on DraftKings: 7.8%
Top Value Probability on FanDuel: 10.0%
Expected Rush Percentage: 40.4%

Other Week 6 NFL DFS Team Stacks to Consider

While the top stack probabilities and overall ratings are useful, having additional data points in projected QB ownership, top value probabilities and expected rush percentages for every team all on one page is extremely handy when doing NFL DFS prep.

Ahead of NFL Week 6, here are more team stacks to consider for your DraftKings and FanDuel daily fantasy lineups.

Cincinnati Bengals

It looks like Joe Burrow (7.6% boom probability on DK) is getting back to his best self now that he’s further away from the calf injury that plagued him earlier in the year, and that obviously bodes well for the Bengals’ offense moving forward. Burrow, who announced he’s as close to 100% as he’s been in some time, was surgical in Week 5’s road win over Arizona and connected with star receiver Ja’Marr Chase for close to 200 yards and three touchdowns in the 34-20 victory.

Heading into Week 6, Cincinnati is ranking as a top team to stack for DFS for Week 6’s home game against the Seahawks. The Bengals have an implied team total of 24 points and are favored by a field goal, and they have an 11.3% top stack probability and 8.5% top value probability on DK along with one of the higher overall ratings and lowest expected rush percentages among Sunday’s teams in action.

We will be interested to see if Tee Higgins (ribs) is indeed active. He has expressed optimism about returning to the mix after missing Week 5 and is officially listed as questionable. If Higgins can’t go again, Tyler Boyd (73% snap rate last week) and Trenton Irwin (76%) could see extra looks funneled their way against Seattle. Of course, Chase is again one of the most appealing high-upside WRs for Week 6 NFL DFS, though ownership is expected to be high on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

Top Stack Probability on DraftKings: 11.3%
Top Stack Probability on FanDuel:
7.2%
Top Value Probability on DraftKings:
8.5%
Top Value Probability on FanDuel: 6.6%
Expected Rush Percentage:
34.8%

Jacksonville Jaguars

Also among the highest projected NFL DFS team stacks for Week 6 are the Jaguars, who have a 6.0% top stack probability on DraftKings and 7.7% top stack probability on FanDuel for Sunday’s meeting with the Colts at home. They have a 7.3% top value probability with an average salary of $6,202 on DK and 7.4% mark with an average salary of $7,239 on FD.

Trevor Lawrence (6.0% boom probability on DK) and the Jaguars are 3-2 on the year and are riding a high after back-to-back wins over the Falcons (23-7) and Bills (25-20) in Weeks 4 and 5. Current NFL odds have Jacksonville implied for a shade over 24 points, with the Jaguars favored by four at time of writing.

They’ll come up against a Colts team that has been picked apart through the air early in 2023, having allowed the third-most passing yards (1,314) in the league through the first five weeks. Calvin Ridley (4.1% boom on DK) and Christian Kirk (13.6% boom) will be the most popular NFL DFS picks to pair with Lawrence in daily fantasy football lineups for Week 6. Per OddsShopper, the pair have yardage props of 60.5 and 61.5 respectively against the Colts.

Top Stack Probability on DraftKings: 6.0%
Top Stack Probability on FanDuel:
7.7%
Top Value Probability on DraftKings:
7.3%
Top Value Probability on FanDuel: 7.4%
Expected Rush Percentage:
45.4%

As of Saturday morning, the Eagles (7.8%) and Buccaneers (6.2%) also have top stack probabilities above five percent on DraftKings for Week 6.

If we look around more, NFL DFS team stackability ratings show Minnesota with a top stack probability of 5.1% on DraftKings. How do we best handle the Vikings offense in Week 6 and beyond now that Justin Jefferson and his 29.7% target share are out of the picture? That’s a lot of extra targets for the likes of T.J. Hockenson (19.4% target share), Jordan Addison (13.0%), K.J. Osborn (12.9%) and Brandon Powell (5.4%) to soak up from quarterback Kirk Cousins.

We encourage you to browse through the NFL DFS stacks data for the entire slate to fully take advantage of the tool.

Be mindful that the data could change as more news is released and we get closer to kickoff. As usual, Stokastic will be tracking all slate-relevant injury updates and will be tweaking NFL player projections all the way up until lock on DraftKings and FanDuel. DFS players should be vigilant about watching for player news after initial lock, in case there are better values to late swap into before the afternoon games kick off.

We should also remember that accurate player projections are just one piece of the NFL DFS puzzle and that other factors like projected ownership, roster construction and game theory should be considered when building lineups.
