For the sake of this article, we will keep our focus on football and the 2021 NFL season. Here are three NFL fantasy picks you can make right now for this upcoming season.

PrizePicks NFL Fantasy: 2021 Receiving Props

It is important to note that, much like odds that update throughout the day, these props at PrizePicks are subject to change. So if you like these NFL picks below, it is wise to jump on them quickly.

Mecole Hardman: Over 725.5 Yards Receiving

When discussing NFL props for the upcoming season, it is important to remember that the league added a 17th game to the schedule.

Mecole Hardman is getting a lot of love for NFL fantasy this season since he is expected to be the WR2 in this high-powered Chiefs offense. The main departure was Sammy Watkins, who totaled 421 yards last season. Hardman totaled 560 yards receiving, so he should be able to make a strong push for over 725.5 if he absorbs most of Watkins’ production. He saw 60% or more of the snaps just six times last season. Extrapolating his stats from these games over a 17-game season amounts to 773.5 yards. Hardman should also consistently see over 65% of snaps, which happened just three times last season. Awesemo’s season-long betting props tool projects Hardman for 849 yards receiving, which gives the over a 58% chance of hitting.

Austin Hooper: Over 500.5 Yards Receiving

Missing three games last season, Austin Hooper finished the year with 435 yards receiving. If he had played a full season at that pace, he would have finished with 535 yards, going well over this prop. Hooper gets a 17th game on the schedule this season to improve upon this. He also had a career-low 65.7% catch rate last season. Assuming his catch rate goes back above 70% like it was for the rest of his career, then it gives him even more opportunity to rack up yards this season. Awesemo’s props tool projects Hooper for 585 yards receiving this season, giving the over a 59% chance to hit.

Breshad Perriman: Under 745.5 Yards Receiving

When Breshad Perriman signed with the Detroit Lions, many penciled him in to be one of their starting wide receivers. Now it looks like he is fighting to make the team. He has been running with the backups, and head coach Dan Campbell says there “hasn’t been enough out there” when asked about Perriman. All signs point to the under. Awesemo’s prop tool also is screaming under, projecting Perriman for only 467 yards receiving this season. Given the reports out of Detroit, it is not surprising.
