It really was Jayson Tatum that led the team to victory, though, as he has led the team all season long. Against Toronto, he scored 40 points and had a +24 plus/minus, leading the Boston starters. After a bumpy start, Boston has won four of their last five games.
Miami is coming off a dominant 28-point win over the Thunder. It was a balanced attack that gave Miami their big lead, with four of the five starters reaching the double-digit scoring mark. The inconsistent Kelly Olynyk started and was dialed in from deep, hitting five of seven 3-point shots en route to a 19-point scoring night. Goran Dragic continues to lead the second unit off the bench, facilitating the offense with ease. He has averaged 13.8 points and 5.5 assists across just 23.3 minutes this season. With Jimmy Butler now healthy and back in the lineup, this balanced Miami team is a dangerous one, as you cannot concentrate on just a couple players defensively.
