It’s been a fun run during this NBA betting picks heater on the Awesemo’s NBA Tip Off Show, but we’re not getting off now. After 11-0, I’m sticking with the same player prop bets formula we used last night, and again go with the points + rebounds + assists.
I’m not going to a superstar, but a primetime player in Kristaps Porzingis. His points + rebounds + assists prop is a little varied across the industry, and the 29.5 I found is an example of why the Awesemo’s OddsShopper Tool is so important to find the best numbers and odds throughout the markets.
I’m going OVER that number. He draws the Knicks tonight, which is not the easiest of matchups, but to me that’s a pretty appealing number. I know he’s not going to rack up assists by any stretch, but even if he gives me a handful, I’ll take it.

The first thing I like is that the minutes are trending upward. As the Mavericks have gotten it together, he’s pushing over 31 minutes per game over the last month, which includes a couple blowout games where he was on the court for mid-20s. The second thing, and again it’s a small sample size, but just looking at the Knicks in recent games, centers have absolutely murked them on the boards. I think Porzingis is very live for a double-double here.
I know it can be tough sledding, but I think stretch-bigs in particular can cause the Knicks problems, and he will get off some 3-pointers. The Knicks defend the 3-point line well, but I think that’s more indicative of their guard and wing defenders patrolling against smaller players. Porzingis could get loose tonight, and we’re only talking 29.5.
Getting -110 on 29.5 in a matchup like this.
