The NBA DFS Big Board is a one-stop shop for building your lineups. It gives each player on the slate a Points Rating, Value Rating and Leverage Rating on a scale from 1 to 100, which allows you to easily decipher some of the top options on the slate. Let’s dive into some of the NBA daily fantasy rankings using the Big Board and our NBA Projections.
NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings & DFS BIG BOARD Projections Today
Giannis Antetokounmpo, F/C, Milwaukee Bucks
DraftKings Points Rating: 99 | FanDuel Points Rating: 99
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been one of the best fantasy producers in the league for years, and he’s putting together another awesome season in 2021-22. He’s averaged 27.6 points, 11.6 rebounds, 6.6 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 1.0 steal per game, resulting in an average of 58.6 DraftKings points per game. The most impressive part? He hasn’t even played a ton of minutes to start the year, logging just 31 minutes or less in each of his first three games.
His playing time has ticked up recently, which makes him an even more dangerous fantasy asset. He’s played at least 34.8 minutes in each of his past two games, and he’s responded with at least 62.5 DraftKings points in both contests. He’s been priced up across the industry on Saturday, but no one on the slate can match his raw fantasy projection. No one on the slate is projected within three points of him on DraftKings, and the gap is even wider on FanDuel.
Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets
DraftKings Leverage Rating: 80 | FanDuel Leverage Rating: 79
As impressive as Antetokounpo has been this year, Nikola Jokic has been arguably just as good. He’s been limited to just 28.8 minutes in his five contests, but he’s averaged an absurd 1.86 DraftKings points per minute.
Jokic continues to stuff the stat sheet, and he’s been even more efficient as a scorer this season. He’s currently shooting 66.2% from the field and 44.4% from 3-point range, both of which would represent new career highs. He’s likely due for some regression in both departments, but Jokic can afford some regression and still be a fantasy superstar.
Jokic is an interesting pivot off Antetokounmpo on today’s slate. He’s expected to check in with lower ownership, but his ceiling is arguably just as high. The Boom/Bust Probability Tool gives him a similar chance of being in the optimal lineup, making him the stronger option from a leverage perspective.

Jonas Valanciunas, C, New Orleans Pelicans
DraftKings Value Rating: 93 | FanDuel Value Rating: 81
Jonas Valanciunas has been a fantastic NBA DFS option to start the year, and he’s popping once again on Saturday. His salary has gotten more expensive across the industry, but he’s still vastly underpriced given his current role with the Pelicans. He’s always been an elite producer on a per-minute basis, and he’s finally seeing big minutes on a consistent basis. He’s played at least 32.3 minutes in each of his past four games, and he’s scored at least 43.75 DraftKings points in each of them.
He could be asked to take on an even larger role on Saturday. Brandon Ingram is doubtful with a hip injury, and Valanciunas has increased his usage rate by +4.9% with Ingram off the court this season. He’s averaged a stout 1.48 DraftKings points per minute in that situation, so he should be able to do some damage vs. the Knicks.
Valanciunas is offering some of the best DFS value on the slate, and he’s also a strong target in the player prop market. The Awesemo Player Prop Tool gives him a 73% chance of hitting the over on his current scoring prop, making it one of the most profitable wagers of the day.
