NBA No House Advantage – Best NBA Player Props
Draymond Green O/U 6.5 Assists
Stephen Curry‘s absence leaves everything on the table for someone to pick up — points, assists, rebounds — and thus far Green, Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole have all had their cracks at picking up the slack. Thompson is coming off a game of 12 made 3’s, and Poole dished out a career-high 12 assists that night. Green only had four assists, meanwhile, despite Thompson going off. That said, Poole is only averaging 4.4 assists this season and trails Green in assist rate by 5 percentage points, so there should be some regression coming in the Warriors’ assist distribution.
Green is averaging 6.8 assists in 2022-23. Of course, playing alongside Curry helped pad that number a bit, but Green also averaged 7.6 assists during a 10-game stretch that Curry missed from mid-December to early January. And with Thompson heating up and Poole providing a reasonably effective scoring option, Green still has some strong assist targets in his arsenal.
The Warriors are also taking on a Trail Blazers team that ranks 27th in defensive rating and surrenders the seventh-most assists per game. Plus, Portland is still without a key interior presence in Jusuf Nurkic. Given that and expected regression for Poole, NBA Bet Pro has Green getting 7.4 assists tonight and Poole leaning on scoring instead — 25.5 points and 4.8 assists. This gives the over on 6.5 assists for Green a 61% expected win rate.

Mason Plumlee O/U 14.5 Points
Plumlee is undoubtedly producing one of the strongest individual stretches of his career, as he is a consistent double-double threat and potential 20-point scorer now that he gets extended run. That said, this does not seem like a great game environment for Plumlee to get to 15 points, a mark he has gotten to only 18 times in 55 tries this season (32.7%). Granted, LaMelo Ball being healthy certainly helps Plumlee’s chances, but the Wizards health may be working against him too much.
Washington could be down its three main ball handlers in Bradley Beal, Kyle Kuzma and Monte Morris (all questionable), which would likely have a strong impact on the Wizards’ pace of play. And this was already going to be a severe pace-down matchup for Charlotte, as the Hornets are second in pace over the last 10 games and Washington is 15th. So while Plumlee has hit this over six times in the last 10 games, things are likely to slow down tonight.
NBA Bet Pro in general is not predicting offensive explosion for any Hornets, as Ball only only projects for 7.3 assists and no one else is slated for more than four. Plumlee is coming in at 12.9 points in the projections right now, well below the 14.5 line, and the under has a 62% win expectancy.
