NFL DFS Picks: Full Saturday NFL DFS Slate

NFL DFS Picks: Quarterback

Drew Lock (Seattle) – Geno Smith did not see the field last week and doesn’t project to here either. This leaves just Drew Lock and Holton Ahlers for available snaps. Last week, Lock out-snapped Ahlers 45-14.

Stetson Bennett (LA Rams) – The Rams project to sit Matthew Stafford here, leaving three quarterbacks on the roster. However, they decided to give Stetson Bennett a full evaluation in preseason Week 1. Bennett played 56 snaps, while Brett Rypien only played 11.

Sean Clifford (Green Bay) – While Jordan Love projects to play for a bit in this game, Green Bay showed a willingness to play Sean Clifford through most of the game. Last week, he played 47 snaps, while Love played 12. Alex McGough only came in for seven snaps during mop up duty.

NFL DFS Picks: Running Back

De’Von Achane (Miami) – Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr. project for minimal snaps here and Myles Gaskin has been dealing with an injury. This leaves three healthy backs for Miami. Achane led the group with 33 snaps last week.

Julius Chestnut (Tennessee) – Derrick Henry, Hassan Haskins, and Jonathan Ward all project to miss this game. Of the available backs, Tyjae Spears played 12 snaps last week, while Julius Chestnut logged 33. The Titans did sign Jacques Patrick on August 14th, but Chestnut still projects for the largest role here.

Roschon Johnson (Chicago) – Trestan Ebner missed practice this week, reducing the Bears available running backs. Johnson dominated snaps with 28 for the Bears last week and should do so again here.

NFL DFS Picks: Wide Receiver

Kristian Wilkerson (Las Vegas) – The Raiders haven’t been using their starters in the preseason, leaving only six healthy receivers. Last week, Wilkerson led the position with 50 snaps, catching two of four targets for 12 yards.

Ronnie Bell (San Francisco) – San Francisco projects to have seven healthy receivers here. Ronnie Bell led the position with 49 snaps last week, catching three of six targets for 58 scoreless yards.

Kayshon Boutte (New England) – New England only has five healthy receivers here. LSU rookie Kayshon Boutte played 32 snaps last week, reeling in both of his targets for seven yards. Tre Nixon played 49 snaps as well and could be another option to examine.

NFL DFS Picks: Tight End

Tyler Mabry (Seattle) – Seattle only has three tight ends projected to play. Tyler Mabry led the position with 32 snaps and 19 routes last week. Colby Parkinson could also be used for GPPs.

Anthony Firkser (New England) – Mike Gesicki and Hunter Henry project to miss this game. Firkser led the team with 13 routes last week. The best advice for the tight end position is just to spread ownership across many players.
