Best NBA Player Prop Bets & Expert Betting Picks Today

With OddsShopper, finding the best NBA betting player props is fast and simple. All users have to do is filter the prop selections, sort the page and find the best pick to bet. The process is extremely quick and highly effective. Try out the tool for yourself tonight with the three featured prop bets below!

De’Andre Hunter Under 4.5 Rebounds (-112, BetRivers)

Since returning from an extended injury absence to begin the season, Atlanta Hawks forward De’Andre Hunter has been quite sporadic with his rebounding production. Case in point, he has twice secured a half-dozen boards in the last four games. Even so, Hunter is still only averaging 3.5 rebounds per contest overall. That average sits one full board below Tuesday night’s NBA player props total of 4.5. Thus, Hunter would need to exceed his typical production by at least 1.5 rebounds for the over to cash. The result is a massive statistical discrepancy that should cue bettors into the under.

Awesemo’s projections actually predict Hunter will exceed his rebounding average quite comfortably. Even so, an exact prediction of 3.97 boards still lends to a 64% win probability that the under will hit on this NBA betting prop. The matchup figures to be fairly difficult as well. The Cleveland Cavaliers come in with a top-12 ranking in Rebound Rate on the season. Another thing to note is the sharp deviations in Hunter’s playing time of late. While he was on the floor for 38 minutes in the Hawks’ last game, he failed to play more than 26 minutes in either of the two games prior. If his minutes are reduced tonight, it will prove quite difficult for him to exceed the NBA props rebounding threshold. At preferable -112 odds, this prop is given a 21% expected ROI value.

Goga Bitadze Over 4.5 Rebounds (-115, PointsBet)

Needless to say, the Indiana Pacers have elected to go a different route with their frontcourt rotation than many believed they would following the trade deadline. One has to believe that part of the reason Tristan Thompson remains in town is due to the injury absences of Myles Turner and Isaiah Jackson. However, the decision to play both him and Terry Taylor double-digit minutes has hampered the overall production of Goga Bitadze relative to expectations. Despite this, it is not time to write off betting over on Bitadze’s NBA player props just yet.

The Pacers will certainly need to put size on the floor in a matchup tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks. After Bitadze posted decent numbers in just 19 minutes on Sunday, perhaps he will get a bump in playing time again this evening. Awesemo still reckons that the NBA betting total of 4.5 rebounds is too low for the role he figures to play. OddsShopper suggests that the market agrees with that sentiment, as this prop is juiced to the over across all sportsbooks. The most favorable price of -115 offers up to 10 cents of value over competing offers. At those odds, the ROI on this over prediction sits at 21%.

Terance Mann Under 12.5 Points (-105, DraftKings)

With Norman Powell being the latest Los Angeles Clippers player to fall victim to the injury bug, Terance Mann has been thrust right back into a key role. On an impressive run of late, he enters Tuesday evening’s contest on the heels of back-to-back games scoring over 20 points. With no fewer than 13 points in each of the Clippers’ last four contests, Mann has successfully topped his season scoring average of 10.5 points in each of them. However, he also shot at least 50% in all four of those games. That shooting clip does not figure to be sustainable moving forward.

If there was ever a game in which Mann’s shooting numbers should be expected to come back down to Earth, it would be tonight. The Clippers face a Phoenix Suns outfit that ranks third in defensive efficiency this season. The tough matchup leads Awesemo to find value in betting under an NBA player props total that sits two full points above Mann’s season-long scoring average. Interestingly enough, OddsShopper actually shows a handful of sportsbooks juiced in the opposite direction. While Powell’s presence is a factor, it is worth pointing out that he only joined the team 11 days ago. Awesemo pegs Mann for exactly 10.67 points and gives this under wager a 23% ROI value when bet at -105 odds.
