KBO DFS Picks: Spotlight Pitchers
Drew Rucinski
Rucinski is my favorite cash option on DraftKings. On FanDuel, it’s a bit more difficult because of his price. He’s absolutely a cash option, but I think I prefer going to Jokisch just for the extra $200. Rucinski and the NC Dinos are -230 favorites, which is the second largest line on the slate behind Jokisch. He was excellent last season, and he’s been off to an even better start in 2020. Through 32. 3 innings, Rucinski has a 3.23 FIP and a 22.6% strikeout rate. You won’t see much better than that in the KBO.
Eric Jokisch
As I mentioned above, I lean more toward Jokisch on FanDuel for the savings. If you think Rucinski is having a good season, check out Jokisch. He’s thrown 30 innings of 0.90 ERA ball. Obviously his FIP is higher at 2.33, but that’s still elite. He has simply been unhittable in 2020. The betting line tells the story. The Heroes are massive favorites. The Hanwha Eagles have the lowest implied run total on the slate. This one is easy. Jokisch is the easy play simply because $21 on FanDuel is a broken price tag.
